City of Lethbridge-Towed Vehicle

We pay tax and parking fee, can you just hire someone can work fast and helpful staff? I don’t want my tax spend on the staff you are having now

I’ve had several vehicles brought to this impound, probably 8 over the last 4 years and I’ve had 8 bad experiences. I had a Cadillac in there one time and went to go gather a few of my belongings to find a window smashed out and all my stuff gone. Dealing with slow motion donut boy who seems to do absolutely everything in his power to not allow you to get your vehicle out. I’ve givin them over 10 thousand dollars and they’re still just as difficult as the first time I was there. And there hours of operation are ridiculous. Just another way to make things difficult I suppose. Who closes at 3:30? Like come on! Worst customer service and overall experience every single time.

Horrible experience and service. Fat guy at the front wouldn’t stay 1 minute late to let us grab a truck that all the paperwork was done for. Said he didn’t get paid over time, and then rudely hung up as we pulled up. Get it together.

Car was broken into after it was stolen and then towed here. Window smashed out, everything stolen and trashed, battery frozen. Get some surveillance cameras or have the police patrol the place.... considering its the police impound". Although it is the cheapest impound lot per day that I know of @ $25/day
