Called at 10:20 pm on April 23,2021. The girl over phone hanged up two times and then after instead of listening couldn’t get my order straight…. Worst ever on call pizza ordering experience……

We used to love Papa John's pizza, but not anymore. The place really has gone downhill. I wanted to try their Donair pizza, so I ordered a small pizza to pick up.The pizza was undercooked and too much dough. This was past 1am, closer to 2 o'clock. If it wasn't for the time, I would have really taken the pizza back to them. Since it was too late and we were hungry, we just ate the topping and whatever the cooked crusty parts we could find, and threw away the rest of the pizza.I shared my feedback and the manager wrote to me offering $5 towards the next pizza. I wrote to him back saying there won't be a next time, emailed him the images, and told him if he thinks it's not worth refunding my money back I don't need his $5.

Half-eaten pizza sauce for my order. I was just laughing when I opened the box.The dough was super thick, almost like a mattress.I knew this location was going down the hill, and I thought of giving it a last try, thinking that things might have improved.I was wrong.

I will never be returning to this place again. Their system are my order a placed (which I understand and know that isn’t directly an employees fault. However the person who first helped me, didn’t check my order details then proceeded to, pace around not even trying to see what was wrong. I was meant to pick up at 7:15 and I got my order at 7:49. Then in order to apologize they gave me too very subpar coupons. Had they spent time determining -anything- about my order and how it was placed, some of my food wouldn’t be cold. From sitting so long under a warmer. Don’t waste your time with this location. I also just got home and my papadia wasn’t even correct!

I used to love Papa Johns pizza but the last time I ordered put me off them. The estimated delivery time was 44-54 minutes but it took over 2 hours and was cold when it arrived (like cold enough that we needed to microwave it before eating). If this was an isolated incident, I would let it pass but the time before that wasn't much better.

The restaurant is so unprofessional, I placed an order from doordash, they accepted it and after a wait of about half hour dasher called me to inform they didn't make my order and refused to give it. When the dasher gave the phone to manager he said he didn't had the sauce I ordered my pizza with, I totally understand these type of things happen, so I told manager to make it in the sauce available, he told me he will but after 10 mins again told the dasher that they are not making it.

We walked in and ordered the Butter Chicken Pizza. Very good, well topped and ready in 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Well done!!!

We are supposed to have a free garlic knots on our account because of a previous mistake. The worker claimed she was new and couldn’t do this. We ordered our pizza and came back to find the other employee outside chatting with a friend. They had given our pizza away in a door dash order and we had to get them to remake it. The one worker went back outside to chat some more. We followed her out to ask her to remake our other food items as they would all be cold now.

Worst papa johns location I've ever dealt with. Customer for years, always giving them another chance, but literally every order has been messed up with pizzas not being cut, wrong soda, missing added toppings, slightly warm pizza, and wrong crust, and managers that don't care for their customers. What you order here will be incorrect and you will likely not get what you pay for. I don't understand how people can mess up pizza time and time again but these people do. I'm done with papa johns as a whole.
