Excellent service. I was served by Fatima who were very accommodating and professional. She was patient despite all the technical issues that happened during the connection.The website and account server is excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the technical issue:Before the meeting, I was given a testing page to check my video and audio and it was all working. Once in the meeting, my browser has blocked them access to my audio, then to my video. It seems like the meeting app won't be granted the same access rights to my audio/video as those granted to the testing page as they might be from different sources. I hope this will be fixed in the future and we will be notified so I can use it again. Or perhaps we'll be advised for the most relevant browser (I used chrome).Thanks again!
