I honestly thought that the value of buying an expensive wheel set came from the outstanding performance, look and durability! This week, all of that was complimented immensely with the unbelievable customer service and warranty process that a local company can deliver.Wednesday evening after a Gnarly ride in the rain I pulled my cassette off to clean and service my i9 hydra and noticed my Axel was broken. The next day I called District Bike in Kamloops where I bought the WAO wheel set and they put me right in touch with Josh at WAO. He took my information and my pictures of the broken axel and then immediately processed and sent out a new axel. I thought for sure that because it was Thursday afternoon that there was no way that I was riding on the weekend. Friday evening the new part arrived and I had it installed in a matter of minutes ready to enjoy my weekend and more! Thank you so much to the WAO Team and their outstanding service and products!Cant wait until I can have an Arrival in my Quiver !!

I have experience in the engineering of composites and can speak to the quality of manufacturing in this facility. Amazing to see how clean the cured carbon looks right out of the mold. Been hammering my WR1 rims, bars and stem and they can take the beating!

Faction 29 are my first set of carbon wheels and I couldn't be happier. Communication throughout the purchase, build, and shipping was great. Awesome warranty, good price point, and made in Canada - fantastic.

I purchased a set of wheels through We Are One in September and have riden the bike lots. The bike is much more direct there is no flex at all. It is amazing. I got the rims leased on a set of onxy hubs. Having the silent hub is crazy and makes you able to hear and feel the level of grip you have which makes a big difference. Honestly if you are looking for a set of carbon wheels dont look anywhere else. I have hed many sets of carbon wheels and these are by far the best I have ever had.

Just had an older Agent rim replaced under warranty. Mind you this wheel set is over 5 years old and been passed around a few of my bikes. The damage was 100% my fault thanks to my lack of better judgment to send a blind drop into a rock garden... lol. Steph at WAO had me fixed up and a new hoop in the mail quick! Very painless warranty process. I look forward to my next bike and wheel build...which will 100% be another set of We Are One!!

Been using their Agent rims for over a year and loving them, they are stiff but not harsh like other carbon rims. The design and layup gives stiffness right where you need it. I scraped my spokes and asked what size spokes and Dustin offerred some at no charge. That’s excellent service and will keep recommending these rims.

Have ridden the We Are One wheels HARD for the past year and they have held up to a lot of abuse. When I did have an issue with one of the wheels there was no hassle and they turned a new wheel around in a day after I sent my hub to them. Really impressed!

Have had a set of rims from We Are One for five years now. Only recently had an issue that needed warranty. What a quick, painless and faith-in-humanity restorng process. Even when I messed up and some rearranging needed doing, they didn't miss a step and had me sorted out in no time.Quality products and great customer service that only makes me want to use their components on all my bikes to come.

I’ve got a full season of riding and racing WAO Union 29’ers on my Yeti hardtail. They’re a great balance of weight, strength and some much appreciated compliance.Read their warranty! It’s straight forward and will remove any hesitancy you may have about carbon MTB rims.Great product at a great price and made in Canada by folks who ride what they make. I would absolutely purchase again.

The quality of customer service I received from We Are One Composites is outstanding! The bike industry has been changed and challenging times are ahead. A lot of companies will react to it in order to survive this economic headwind that we are in. This company's response to this is by providing exceptional service to a customer who doesn't even own their product yet. I'm blown away. Steph has helped me complete my purchase of my new bike in about 24 hours. That's between emailing them about a question, and me completing the purchase of my new Arrival 170.I've heard a lot of good things about this company, experiencing it, is another level!
