We had a great experience with Tabby! She was incredibly thorough and helped us get all the deals we could. We went in for just a new phone plan and left with half of my Christmas list completed for half off everything pretty much. The atmosphere was chill, we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into anything, and we felt like everyone actually cared about their costumers. Which you don’t typically see now a days!!Thank you Tabby for a great experience ☺️

Ordered phones on a Saturday because they didn’t have the iPhone in stock. So I go back when they come in on Wednesday, I was there for 2.5 hours. We ported from another company and we’re supposed to get a switch promotion. We were told we would be getting the gift cards in an email. After 3 days and multiple calls to Verizon customer service they had activated 3 accounts in my name and never submitted for the promotion. So now 6 months later still waiting on an email I’m told nothing can be done so I’m just out the $1000 all the while still paying our previously carrier for phones we traded to Verizon expecting to get the credit. The store is unbelievably unprofessional and when I contacted them to have a manager call me back instead I got a message on FB messenger. Absolutely do not go to this store they have no clue what they are doing. I would drive to NH or to Burlington before ever going to this mess again.

Went in to upgrade my phone. I was there over 2 hours, had to start over 3 times, very busy & after all that they didn't have any phones in stock. So now we must go back next week to get phones and transfer everything from old phone to the new one. Prices are crazy as well. Hope your experience was better than mine! Maybe AT&T is the better way to go?
