Dr. Zangooei and his team are amazing. I’m a nervous person while I’m the chair and they really make me feel better about being there. Thorough but gentle for sure! Prices are good and straight up. Take advantage of the new patient deal for thorough exam, X-rays and cleaning!

Scheldued myself in for an appointment for emergency. Took them days to reply back with quotes, which were extremely high just for an exam and x-ray. Asked if they could work something out with me better, no reply back just an email canceliing my appointment.

If I could give them a 0 star I would!Terrible customer service they do not answer their phones the doctor is never available at the clinic on the days I need an appointment he’s “at his other clinic”.The receptionist they have is absolutely clueless she called everyone who may be associated with me including family members I do not speak to and my step mom about an appointment I scheduled for my mother. They have no patient confidentiality at all. I will never go back to this clinic I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.

Amazing!!! They are great with our family and my kids love them! Camilla (dental hygenist) is fantastic with little ones.Update (2019-03-06): My husband is very nervous about going to the dentist, but he actually looks forward to going now that Dr. Nourein and the dental assistant Theresa (her attention to detail blows my husband away!) are helping him with his teeth. Dr. Nourein really puts patients at ease by explaining everything in detail, using a gentle approach (my husband swears he can't even feel the needle!) and humming gently throughout the appointment. What a competent and capable dentist! She is absolutely wonderful. I've been to many dentists in 2 provinces and she is the best! If you hate the dentist, go see them!

I have been coming to Atlantis Dental for four years now, and each visit is as pleasant as the last. A clean, well organized, professional office has been my experience and the doctors and staff are always very courteous, something I very much appreciate. Excellent work!!!

I've had a terrible experience at this office. I have had root canals done when I should of been referred to a specialist because they couldn't get all the root. So now I have lost 3 mollars on my left side and suffered a jaw infection. Wil never go back. They have had some good dentists but some who just want quick cash. I do not recommend this place.

Incompetent, prices change from original quotes, dentist performed work without anesthetic, when told it hurt he replied were almost done." Minor issues turned into major issues as they did not deal with issues in a proper way/order. Keep doing half jobs

Omg they are the best im not a big fan of dentists they have always made me feel ok. To be honest i was so sxared i had a root canal the first one ever the dentist was just top notch. The lady that cleaned my teeth was always awesome as well. I hope to get in soon im hurting badly. Thanks again for everything guys ur the best

Dr. Zangooei nursed my teeth Back to health from having gum disease to excellent oral hygiene. Been going regularly now for over well 11 years.

While the dental work itself was ok (edit: not actually, one of the fillings I received eroded and I'm left with the cavity I thought I dealt with 3 months ago) , the staff were avoidant about filing my dental claims, really a basic thing one would expect from a dental center.I would caution people against the current 3.7 rating, a score likely inflated because they have a sign in their office asking patients to give them a good rating on Google.
