I bought a fridge, washer and dryer a while back. Prices were excellent and I've had no issues at all with them. The delivery guys were quick and professional. I will definitly use them in the future.

It *seems* that they have quality used stuff for a pretty damn good price. I'm ONLY giving a 4 because this washer and dryer needs to be tested and functioning properly. There's a 3 month warranty, which is nice, but I'm worried about the lifespan. I don't expect like 15 years, but I'd be fuming if it only lasts 4 months. 'Tis a risk I took, right?[19-07-2022] The dryer died May 2021. So 2 years lifespan. Not too bad I guess. It was not drying the clothes anymore. Found that the thermometers' wire was scorched and destroyed. Washer still going strong, but the funnel piece that the bleach usually goes through came off, made the washer jump, and damage our wall. From this experience alone, I advise everyone to REALLY inspect the washers and dryers they purchase to ensure they don't have fragile parts.

Was sold a defective fridge (fridge would go below 6 C and the freezer barely got below 0 C even at full blast). Since they only deliver once a week I had to figure out how to get the defective fridge back to the store and get a replacement myself (had to rent a u-haul). I replaced the defective fridge with a less expensive model, which does work and I do actually really like, but I had to hound them to get the money back ($300 difference between first defective fridge and the less expensive replacement).

I contacted the representative after purchasing the fridge and the oven as I needed my fridge asap. He was very helpful and I received them faster as requested. Six month later both appliances still work great. Very helpful! Thank you again.

We bought stove there at 2018.11. It works well after 3-month warranty and deserves what we paid. Although we already know the delivery guy will ask for tips. But on that day, we are still not quite comfortable about it. They asked tips for 3 times. Some representative was busy and hanged up on our calls, and some are nice. And the stove gave us the estimated delivery time on the delivery date when we called in the morning. This is very good for us to reduce the waiting time because we are not living there. So, overall, the delivery is smooth, the stove works well. We are happy to get it from the stove (another stove charges more $ for the same manufacture years even counting their free delivery and better customer service). So, if we need another stove, we will go back this stove to buy.

Got a refurbished fridge for a hefty price. Missing door tray and bottom rollers all different sizes in the back so the fridge is difficult to level. Delivery guys intimidated and bullied my wife as I was not home to accept delivery. They could not get the fridge in the house so left it in garage. I got the fridge in with the help of a neighbour. Store did nothing. Highly recommend to avoid at all costs. Wish I could give negative stars.Fridge came with 3 open shelves and 1 closed shelf, all French door fridges that are 26cuft come with 6 shelves. Could not be an open box fridge as it was missing screws in the top plastic and the center fastener was not a screw but a bolt, 3 of the rollers large diameter, 1 roller (back right) smaller diameter. This was definitely poorly refurbished.My wife asked them to leave in the garage because she did not feel safe being sworn at and intimidated.Funny how myself and my neighbour, with a little work got the fridge in the house.When my wife contacted you about the driver you said that you thought he would be trouble and there was nothing you could do as you contract that service out. -5 stars would be too high.

I needed a fridge. They had a wide variety. I picked one, paid for it and brought it home. I am thrilled with the fridge and will definitely return as a customer.

We had bought a fridge back in June 2021. Due to COVID we were shown the fridge of interest over facetime. Purchasing it was a breeze (of course). However, once it arrived we noticed many scratches, marks and damages that we were not shown and/or were not there during facetime. It took a few calls to finally get a hold of someone and was told by the staff that they'd be in contact. Months and months later we still have not heard anything.We do NOT recommend this company.

I put a deposit on a washer and dryer over the phone from my debit card $200 but upon finding out the company was a scam from reviews, I asked for a refund as I never received it. I went into the store and recorded and they told me it wasn’t refundable. I was never told it wasn’t refundable, never sent an invoice and never received a photo or anything of my washer and dryer when we went he couldn’t even find my invoice. Now I am out $200. I recorded the entire thing the guy was super rude to me and could not find an invoice or proof he said it wasn’t refundable. It’s completely illegal.

Sales associate was excellent, answered all questions in a timely manner. Price quoted was able to include, tax, delivery, removal and 1 year warranty. Delivery personelle were excellent. The washer works excellent but the dryer makes a concerning noise. We called right away, they asked us to wait a few days. We have called back many times before being given an alternative number for repairs and now have left numerous messages with the invoice number and no one has contacted us back.
