Firstly, I’ve been to many other subways, but never this location. The last location that I visited, north of here, made me think that I would never visit a subway again.Frankly, my experience at this location was the opposite of the last one. I didn’t review the last location because it would have been all negative.Negativity aside, I just want to say that this location close to the intersection of Highway 33 and Rutland Road has the most friendly staff of any subway I’ve ever been to. Further, the gentleman who made my sandwich at approximately 6:20 PM on March 4, 2023… I think his name tag was close to Vishnu. (apologies for not getting the name precise) the fella that made my sandwich, I watched him make it, and it seemed like he was making it for either himself, or for a family member… He put guacamole on every square centimeter of that foot long bun… I’ve never seen that before. Attention to detail in a fast and efficient environment is difficult to achieve. This is the only subway location I will frequent from now on.Note: I’m giving five stars because they did everything right. This is five stars, based on the evaluation of fast food restaurants.

Busy place, fast paced especially at lunch time but they are super well organized and efficient as well as friendly, the ladies here are very good at the their jobs, everything is fresh and they know their product! It’s really refreshing to get top notch service with reasonable prices despite the pandemic!You can’t dine in right now but at least you can easily order what you want and enjoy it at home or the office, I’ll be back for the great service!

Mozza was extra because its a protein!?? I believe if you have a pizza sub you should not have to pay extra for mozza cheese.

Extremely overpriced cosidering the condition of the vegetables and overall quality of all the food. Worse then basically every other fast food joint. This goes for all subways I've been to. 5 stars for the staff at this location.

I've frequented this location for years.. Won't be after today. Ordered a sub, asked for it toasted. As it was in the oven, she rang it up on the till and had me pay, no big deal. She immediately went to grab my sandwich out of the oven, and continue to wear the same gloves she just touched the till with. When I said I wasn't trying to be rude, but would prefer she change gloves? She got an attitude and gave the reason they sanitize the till frequently. GROSS.

I hate doing google reviews because sometimes things are honest mistakes. But when it comes to dealing with food number 1 thing that should always be drilled into everyone's head is washing your hand when dealing with food. Usually don't really see any issues but this young lady who I've seen only one time here started making my food while it was getting it toasted she rung me out to pay. I paid in cash due to the terminal being down. After i paid she began to pull my food out of the toaster. She then asked me for veggies and i stopped her before putting anything on it i asked to change her gloves because you were just dealing with cash. I've been in the kitchen industry for years and I've ran a couple night shift kitchens and the biggest thing is if my staff were to not wash their hands after dealing with something that can remotely transfer germs are cause some sort of illness i would lose it. Please Please Please supervisor/manager train your staff that you need to wash your hands after dealing with money right away!!!! Their is no reason at all for you not.

The service was absolutely horrible, full line of people with no motivation behind the counter. 2 couples walked out without service do to extreme slow speeds. Servers did not speak clearly and mumbled to customers. Will not be visiting again.

We ordered a ham and double bacon . Got no bacon asked another employee hey this needs double bacon . He said yes charged us for the double ham ( we did not ask for ) and double bacon ...we get home there's no bacon at all. . They need to at least listen to the orders . Plus squished the sandwich to the point it's a flat bread .
