Tons and tons of equipment! Quesnel is lucky to have a 'big city gym' in a small town. It's too bad more locals don't take advantage of the gym. All in all it's a great gym.

I travel many places across Western Canada for work and this is one of the best gyms I have worked out at. The staff is courteous and always busy keeping the gym clean (which I appreciate).

It's a decent gym for weights. Limited space for cardio, yoga or stretching. The machines are well maintained although slightly dated. Plenty of weights to go around. Generally very quiet and you don't wait long for a machine or bench to become available. Friendly staff and decent change room facilities.

Excellent selection of free weights and machines this former Golds has everything anyone wanting to take up bodybuilding could ask for.Locker and showers could do with a renovation, and overall, the gym could use a face-lift, but for working out, it's got everything.

pretty cool gym, but only 1 squat rack and 1 flat bench press, but relatively empty so. not much of a problem

This is the only gym in town that has a women's only area that has plenty of equipment. Membership prices are a little high for what you get compared to some big city gyms. Good atmosphere. My biggest problem was when I signed up, there was no tour, I wasn't told where the cleaning rags were, and when I was getting protein powder the cashier was not very knowledgeable but you can really just google that kind of stuff. I've been going 4 days a week, and have had no problems!
