Nice place and nice staff. But after paying 40+ $ for a haircut, I still ended up cutting more off when I got home.UPDATE: So once again, I come home and have to finish my own haircut. I don't understand why finger length" is so hard to understand. I can no longer pay these prices for unsatisfactory haircuts. Staff are very nice

Kris did a mani pedi with me and a friend and it was so nice, such a sweet experience and a very understanding staff when I told her I get overwhelmed with new places she made me feel safe and didnt make me feel dumb for any questions i had!! 10/10 would love to go again!!

I got a couples massage with my boyfriend, and we both were pretty disappointed with the experience.My main peeves were that there was a wall blocking my boyfriend's face so we could not look at each other at all (they opened the hideaway door but it still felt impersonal), and the second complaint, was that the beds were so far apart, we could not hold hands either ):This didn't feel like a couples massage, it was more like a tandem massage with my boyfriend.

Enjoyed the young hairdresser, she gave me a very good cut and pleasant clean environment

I love coming in and having lazor hair removal. Super friendly staff and we have great conversation and laughs. I have had over 10 appointments! Great job!

I went with a friend for a manicure and pedicure. My shellac pedicure turned out well but I asked for a new set of gel nails and it was not good at all. I told her I wanted a new set and she barely filed off the old gel and color I had. She only cleaned off one nail well.The staff seemed very unenthusiastic and quite frankly not interested in being there. There were also 2 other customers who were in during my visit who did not receive good customer service.A shellac pedicure and gel nails took 4 full hours. That’s easily double what it normally takes at any other nail salon I’ve been too.My nails are uneven lengths, the gel is way too thick, the polish is not clean on the sides of my nails and the tips of my nails have all kinds of weird textures.I don’t think I would even bother going back to get things redone because I’d rather go somewhere else where I trust the nail techs.

I recently visited Sunsera, May 29th to be exact for my 6 week follow up appointment . Tamara took care of me and I have to tell you she is the absolute best !!! She did my eyebrows perfectly ! The initial results from my first visit were exceptional ! I had no scabbing or any kind of irritation and they lightened up beautifully ! Tamara is very diligent in getting it right and pleasing her clients ! She is such a lovely person. I experienced NO pain or discomfort on both visits and I am extremely pleased with the results! I would highly recommend Tamara ! She’s the best ! The overall atmosphere at Sunsera is extremely pleasant and I felt very comfortable there . The staff at the front are very nice and warm . Both my experiences have been the absolute best ! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! Thank you so much Tamara ! You should consider giving this beautiful person a raise or a bonus of some kind !

I booked an appointment to get my hair toned and the roots touched up. We ended up deciding to just tone my hair. It’s only supposed to sit for 15-20 minutes. She gave someone else a haircut when the toner was sitting and didn’t wash it out for over an hour. To top it off she didn’t clean the previous persons hair, after making me wait an hour, so I was sitting in a pile of hair while she dried my hair. My white blonde hair is now tainted purple. Definitely don’t recommend.

So I've been to this location in the past and loved it, recently decided to go again. BOY do I regret it. :( I've always went to a salon to get my hair done, I have dark hair and I always go light. Its never been a problem for a hairdresser until this last visit. I asked for the same thing I always do, take me as light as one can and a trim off the bottom. This time (as well as last time I visited a salon) I asked for the front to have those solid chunks of color for my bangs. UNFORTUNATELY the 1st time I left my hair looked like someone did it out of a box at home, the top was did not look natural at all, color was soooo off it honestly looked like I did it at home :( I called and complained and they squeezed me in the next day to fix. UNFORTUNATELY the 2nd visit did not make ANY difference. The COLOR, THE TRIM is all so off Im sad I wasted my time and money going to this place and I would definitely not go again.Pictures down below:1st one is before I went in.2-4 are the ones I am left with.5th is what any other hairdresser can do when I ask for the detailed above.Hairdresser: -5 stars even with a second attemptHair Salon- 1 star for making a 2nd visit possible. Will give 5 stars if I got my money back.

Permanent makeup. I was not told I would only have up to one year for the free touch up. I asked before getting the makeup if I would have to pay for the touch up and if there was a time limit. I was told no time limit. When calling to book I was told I would have to pay $157. Such a waste of money. It wasn't even done properly and they say its based on the individual themselves. Bull because I did everything right for the after care.
