I wouldn’t recommend this place for tattoo removal simply because the tattoo removal room is a place where trauma can easily be triggered . They don’t use any sort of numbing cream, no cooling system, AND they blind fold you while zapping you with intense heat! They expect you to be ok with this torture. I can see how this situation would trigger a panic attack or trigger a traumatic memory. Not to mention, the artist didn’t explain anything to me other than telling me he expected me to be blind folded and not know where the machine was going next. The shop is dingy and smells like old basement. I’ve went for tattoo removal twice and this was by far the worst experience ever.

I got tattooed by the apprentice Lexi and she was great! She was super sweet and friendly and so easy to talk to! It was super quick and she did such a good job. Would definitely recommend this shop and this artist to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

I got my first, definitely not my last tattoo at Silver Rhino. Dalen did an excellent job I am absolutely satisfied with his work. All the staff were very friendly, the atmosphere is very chill. I’ll be back for more work soon.

I felt very conflicted about the environment here, as they were all very nice to me. But I noticed while getting my tattoo done here, that the other artists (and the owner) would stand over their apprentices intimidating them. Making it harder to work. They were indeed all lovely people. But they need to let the artists work. I also had a set budget and ended up going over it and my time frame. I understand people have bad days as well, but it shouldn't cut into your clients time or your work. Like I said everyone was amazing, but I don't think I'll be coming back. I felt ripped off. I hate making this review as I've attempted reaching out to the artist with positive criticism and things I think they could work on, but they won't give me their time of day apparently. My tattoo isn't bad either, it just could be better. Anyway I hope others have good experiences with you guys! And thank you all so much for my first piece! This is probably one of the most welcoming shops I have ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming!Dalen did a coverup for me and it’s the most amazing piece! He is so kind and puts you at ease. He’s very gentle while he works and creates the most incredible art! I can’t wait to get back for another piece by him.

Tom did a very good job with the 2 tattoos he gave me. I would definately recommend him. He is friendly and personable. All the staff were also friendly.

I have gotten several peices done by a few different artist here. I've been happy every time with the artist and their work. Highly recommend visiting them!

i still think about when i got my helix pierced at eye of the needle with a labret bar that was long enough to fit in my tongue piercing because she ran out" of properly sized ones. dropped the needle on the ground and tried to just wipe it off and still use it. had a dog running around in and out of the room. oh

Got a tattoo by Tom at silver rhino. Did a good job but was very very slow. As an apprentice I don’t think he should be charging hourly until he is able to tattoo at a more typical pace

My go to place for piercings! I’ve had at least 9 done here which have all healed well and were done with precision. When I come here I feel so welcomed, almost like visiting a friends house, but it is also a professional space. The apprentices there are so skilled, talented, and knowledgeable. I would recommend getting services from any of them here as their training is very thorough. This is a place you can truly rely on!
