I only work at PLC on weekends & every time I decide to grab something from Second Cup the same kid serves me with such a horrible attitude. He never greats me, never talks in a pleasant tone, basically throws my drink at me when he’s done making it like I’m inconveniencing him. He looks and acts absolutely miserable to be there. If you hate working there so much, quit. I work with the public and I would be straight up fired for treating my patients the way he treats me as a customer. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this kid just rubs me the wrong way every single time.

I've been in the hospital for 3 weeks, I've ordered the same large strawberry smoothie everyday. Best part of my day. Today I had a terrible experience with the lady taking my order. Received terrible customer service and had to walk away. Literally the worst day I've had here and then this tops it.

Do they give free refills on coffee like most other coffee shops? I think when your paying $4 for a plain coffee that is reasonable.Can someone clarify this?Thanks
