They hid a lot of costs on us so our trip ended costing us a lot more than we planned on. Not very helpful either. Will never use them again. Can't trust them.

We recently noticed that they are not opened on Saturdays during the summer. I was happy to note that the staff were very willing to work with me on our terms to satisfy our needs. Even though we waited until the last minute, the staff took the stress off us to help us find the best deals for our trip.I have used their services before for an unexpected trip to Florida that worked out really well, hence why we used their services again.

They are incompetent and less than professional when it comes to travel arrangements. Joanne is very deceptive in her dealings. Watch out for the hefty 50% cancellation fee which they don't tell you about. Cruise line gives you 70% to 100% refund.They know very little about cruise ships. Any questions they had to contact the cruise line for answers. Why bother dealing with incompetent middle man (woman). Better to deal with cruise liner directly and get informed answers and forgo hefty cancellation fee. Borders on a scam. Don't waste your time with them. Go directly to vacation providers and save big on costs and information.
