Yello On Yates

I’m so frustrated with the fact that ai can’t contact Yello on Yates. I was looking for an apartment in this building so I sent email to ask for renting in about 6 months ago. No reply!And then I saw there was the floor plan D of 2 bedrooms available on the website a month ago, I sent another email to ask for renting it. It has been a month and I didn’t hear anything back.And the floor plan is disappear on the website. I have been waiting for the reply in soooo long and haven’t gotten anything yet.I tried to call tons of times and no one picked up the phone. Feel like the business go dead and invisible and I don’t know what’s going on?????

I've been living in Yello since July 2020 and I absolutely love it. The building is modern, very clean and secure. Also the entire property management team and especially Norbert are fantastic: exceptionally professional, hardworking, fast and always go an extra mile to make tenants feel like home. I could not wish for a better property manager than Norbert and think the realstar is very lucky to have him onboard. I would definitely recommend this building to others and planning to stay here while I am in Victoria.

Norbert and Mae Belle (building management) are lovely, kind, and capable people who truly care about the experience of the building's residents. I lived at Yello for almost 4 years and they have accomplished borderline impossible things to improve my quality of life. Truly outstanding service / support.The suite layout I had (5th floor, 1BR) was excellent - one of the most well thought out floorplans I've lived in. I had plenty of space for my hobbies / furniture+entertaining / home office... even though there isn't a den, the very large bedroom allowed for a full-size desk to fit.The building itself is good. Not amazing, but quite good. No major complaints about the design or construction, but not quite a luxury" experience as is advertised out front on the sign. Having said that

I lived at the Yello for over three years, from the day it opened until September of this year, and I can't say enough about the excellent building management. The only reason I moved out was because I needed parking and after experiencing three months of a new management company that is both unprofessional and incompetent, I miss the team at the Yello more than I can say. So much so that I'll be keeping an eye out for vacancies when my current lease is up!

Thanks for the BBQ feast today YELLO! We used to live in a condo on the same block with conflict among strata owners, guests, renters and the developer. The YELLO experience is a true upgrade. Full time staff here ensure building operations, security and maintenance are top notch. YELLO hosted events contribute to a strong sense of community and provide opportunities to meet more of your neighbours. Our puppies love it here too and are always happy to see Wanda and do tricks for some of her yummy treats.

Yello on Yates is an immaculately clean building from top to bottom. The decor throughout is modern and beautiful. The building is extremely safe and has amazing management that deeply care about the tenants’ security and comfort. The management is so friendly and helpful and are always available for their tenants. Im so happy I chose this as my home.

I have lived at Yello on Yates since day one and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in. The building and many amenities are exceptional. The management team is extremely friendly, reliable and engaging. I could not ask for a better group of people to manage the space. The ability to take part in social events and meet the many tenants has also been a great experience for me.

Good clean new luxury rentals. One of the best and well manage rental units. Great supporting staff and good nieghbours. Non smoking building makes an huge difference. Thanks for the good job during our stay!

Lived there for about 4.5 years.Norbert and Mae are very kind and friendly and also great managers.The building is nice, clean, and well managed. But it doesn’t have any party room or gym. The roof top is useless as most of the time there is too much wind up there.

I couldn't be happier living here. Yello on Yates is in an ideal location downtown, central to nearly everything. The building always feels safe, secure, and friendly—thanks to management's strong efforts to bring a sense of close community with weekly social events and gatherings. The location is fantastic, rooftop patio is relaxing, and all four on-site managers are truly superstars who know their residents by name.
