great service and happy with the final product. Sanitation was less than ideal. The lady who was working on my feet left to help a customer pay for her service. She did not remove her gloves that she was using for my feet and touch everything at the front reception. This is very alarming and i did voice my concerns with the lady.

Absolutely horrible, I will never go back!!Nails chipped within 3 days! Went in to get them fixed after talking to them on the phone and they tried to charge me again. I have never experienced such poor customer service & the staff was so rude! I can’t believe people go here :(

Horrible place!!! Came from out of town to this place and honestly I could do a better job myself. The lack of respect this staff has for there customers is unbelievable. They were arguing with my friend as well who had issues and she is 8 months pregnant. AVOID this place they will take your money no problem and not live up to their promises of product.

I have been to several different salons in the area and I always come back to this salon. The place is clean, comfortable and modern. The gals always do what you ask and also make many great suggestions. I see Ivy and she is sweet!

I love it here, Nala does a great job and highly recommend her. She is amazing at doing flowers and smaller designs I get one everytime!! She gives so much attention to the little and big details. Nala is the best!!

I always love going to Simcoe nails and spa. It is always very clean and beautiful inside. I got a pedicure my last visit, my mother had an exceptional experience. I enjoyed mine as well but… the foot bath water was cold and I told her once it was cold and she tried to warm it up but it still wasn’t hot. Made the experience not as great but I’ll still return. Maybe just not with that specific nail tech.

I got an acrylic fill and shellac and they chipped within a week. I went back the next week and when I asked for her to make them a bit thicker to avoid this problem, she made them so thick my nails are now splitting from my real nail and causing me pain on most of my fingers. I am going to have to pay to have them removed. I do not recommend coming here. Service was not good. Overpriced.
