I rented a chipper off the team in Peterborough. Derek took care of me from the outset and the service and attention was really quite outstanding. I even had a small technical problem of my own doing and had to call the service team. Jake called me back immediately, even though it was a Saturday, and walked me through it in no time flat. These guys are terrific and I highly recommend them for your personal needs. If they are like this with a small customer like me, I would imagine they are incredible with their business accounts. Thanks to the team.

All I’m going to say is confirm multiple times if you reserve equipment, and if the equipment isn’t ready don’t be in a rush to leave as the manager Ron certainly won’t prioritize you. I have never had a smooth rental since Sunbelt and Ron began to run CRS. I won’t be back. I left Sunbelt after waiting 50 mins with a reservation and went to The Rental Center on Ashburnham and was on the road within 25 mins with no reservation.

The Peterborough location will go above and beyond to help you! So friendly, and awesome to deal with! Definitely recommend. Prices are a little higher but the machines are nicer, and thier service is top notch.

When sunbelt took over this place they kept all the staff, that's great to see! The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better rental place nice and close to me.Great work guys!

Tara always works well with us and tries to give me a good shake sometimes I don’t always get a kubota machine not a fan of the takaguchie so that’s why the four stars other than that they would be a five

I called to rent a saw and was told a price since I needed it for a short period of time. Went to pick up a few days later and rude reception as well as would not honor price. My phone records conversations so asked if he would honor it but would not. Only reason I'm writing review was the rudeness of staff.
