I simply needed a roll of stretch-wrap. Due to COVID, they are serving from the dock which wasn't a problem at all due to pleasant weather. Staff were courteous and helpful. I was on my way in just a few minutes. This isn't my first time visiting or buying form them and I've never had a bad experience.

Company continues to keep its showroom closed, is slow to answer phones, and was rude when I explained how frustrating that was. Purchased what I need at the uhaul across the street.

I agree with other reviews, staff are very unhelpful and make you feel like an inconvenience when you call or ask a question. I called to ask if they had a product and the response was you'd have to check online

Drove 30 minutes to find that they are scared from Covid and no one is allowed inside. They have 1 staff hiding behind the counter. Don’t go and waste your time.
