We updated our bathroom 5 years ago using premium products all with a lifetime warranty. When our push down pop up sink stopper stopped working correctly I contacted Tyler at Contemporary Bath and asked him to provide the manufacture and the part number so I could do a warranty claim. He did not provide this information and offered to sell me a replacement for $122.66. I requested this information two more times which he ignored.We then took pictures of the part required to Wolseley plumbing where they went out of way to help, assured us that the part was under full warranty and provided us with a replacement part.Please support businesses that provide great service as opposed to businesses that provide poor service and try to extract every dollar they can from you.

Our experience with Contemporary Bath was very positive, The entire team was professional and respectful from start to finish. Having a single installer assigned to each bathroom was a great work model as it avoided multiple trades traffic and allowed for consistent and constant communication. The initial design support from Laura in the one-stop showroom was just what we needed. Although there were some challenges with supply chain issues, Tyler maintained prompt and effective communication, following through on his commitment to project completion. The final estimate remained as the budget throughout with no surprise extras. We would absolutely work with this team again!

Contemporary helped us visualize the potential of our ensuite bathroom, then the team worked incredibly hard to make our dream a reality. They gutted the whole thing, rebuilt it from the ground up and every detail was executed to plan. The finishing is gorgeous, no cutting corners to save time. Thanks so much to each of you! We engaged the services of Contemporary Bath and Kitchen to remodel our upstairs bathroom. This included removal of an existing shower and replacing the space with built-in cupboards and removing an existing bathtub and replacing it with a large shower space complete with a rain shower and a hand held shower. The shower area was completely tiled and has a glass wall and door. The toilet was also replaced.We are extremely satisfied and delighted with the quality of the result. The work was done with a minimum of dust and great care was taken throughout the project.We would highly recommend Contemporary Bath and Kitchen.
