Sandy Cove Acres
This community has a diverse group of residents. Many share their skills within the community, like music, organize parades and birthdays, along with help each other. The LAND LEASE community where you own the building/house but lease the land. A photo of a typical under home crawlspace is posted. Community Facebook sites for things free, buy, sell, talks, chats are community use only, once you live in Sandy Cove. Lately a much younger group of people have moved in so ages,cultures, and other diversities exist side by side.
