We want to thank Casey Mechanical and staff for everything they did for us over the past year. We had Casey Mechanical install a heat pump and generac generator in April of 2022. We could not be more pleased with its efficiencies and ease of operation. The staff, from the owner, office, install crews and maintenance have been amazing. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Over the past year we have already saved over $700.00 in our propane costs. Also with this last disruption with power outages we were not affected. Casey mechanical did the installation of gas heating, A/C, HVAC and plumbing for our new house. 1.5 years later Casey Mechanical has been there whenever needed. For a furnace adjustment, hot water temperature adjustment and most importantly to quickly replace a sump pump. Even the owner (Wayne) has taken time out of his day to make sure I understood the new equipment and most recently came to assess my sump pump. On the same day of the trouble shooting he had his professional staff on-site to replace my sump pump. Thank you Casey Mechanical and team!

AC failed during super hot days. Went to Casey mechanical for the first time and was greeted politely by the workers and staff. Although they looked very busy Shawn came by at noon that same day, tested and repaired the ac, changing out a small part. Was very happy as the costs could have been thousands and this was less than 200. Super impressed with his work and all the staff. Highly recommend this company.

We purchased our home and it came with a heating/cooling/hvac installed by Casey. I have never used them before. I was very IMPRESSED with Alex our service tech who did our maintenance on the heating and cooling. He did a great job, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and just a nice guy to have in my home. Full Service Support - We recently had a new Carrier Infinity propane furnace installed by the team at Casey Mechanical. They removed the old oil furnace and tank from our basement as part of the job. The complete installation and remove took a 1 1/2 days and we were on the new furnace by the end of the 1st day. We now have a consistently warm heat compared to the old oil furnace. I was amazed at how quiet it was and how accurately it held the temperature at the requested temperature. We had a Carrier central air conditioner install 2 years ago by Casey as well an on-demand propane tank-less water heater and a propane fireplace insert, we love both and the service provided by Casey. We just went away on vacation just 2 days after the new furnace installation knowing we had nothing to worry about , we trust Casey Mechanical installation and service.

We have had service contracts with Casey Mechanical for years. However, it is when you need them that they always come through. Their service was quick to repair our air conditioner today during this heat wave. Every time we have maintenance or service done, everyone is so friendly and professional. WOW! What a team of professionals with outstanding service. During the busiest and demanding time of the year with power outages, Casey mechanical responded to our emergency needs within two hours. Our furnace was repaired immediately. They also initiated the installation of a generac generating system upon request. Thank you Wayne and Shawn for showing that an outstanding work ethic still exist during these questionable times. Gotta love the old school ways in this modern world we live in.
