Love this place, the regular staff are sweet and helpful. They always recognize their regulars. They make amazing treats ❤ Luv their sour dough bread, apple turn overs, sausage rolls and black forest cake. I shop here regularly, super convenient location in heart of Rutland.

The Kelow-nut donut is to die for! And the blonde woman who helped me was very kind. An awesome place I will keep coming back to and recommend to others!

I ordered customized cake , everything was good and I got the exact same product which I showed to them. But bit overpriced.

Went there today, July 4, 2023....we purchased two Kelownuts and two maple glazed donuts, total $13.85 for 4 donuts, expensive for donuts that were like days old!Kelownuts were small about half the size they use to be...but ok cause they are filled with cream, not alot of cream I might add. The Maple glaze donuts were NOT fresh, dry, crusty, and terrible, worst donuts we have ever had.The young gal who works there was definitely not friendly or helpful, it's kinda disappointing. We have purchased kelownuts before, about a year ago... they use to be good, large and full of cream.....they were always great...other items in this bakery leave a little to be desired. For a small bakery, you think the product would be fresh and delicious.Very dissapointed, they are not what they use to be....I suggest trying another bakery.

Had a lovely experience at Specialty Bakery today. I went just around lunchtime, it wasn't busy and they had loads of different types of doughnuts, cakes and cookies available. I bought a Blackforest doughnut and it was delicious! Loads of topping and filling, and it was freshly baked. The service was friendly and welcoming too.

Congratulations to Specialty Bakery, Hollywood Kewlona and especially to Shelly. My family and I called in late in the day on 14th June. Shelly went to the trouble of heating up some pies (which incidentally were great) and accommodating us all. She was welcoming, friendly and a marvelous asset to any business or employer. Nothing was too much trouble. As a result we bought more pastries to take home - the Kewlona donut - highly recommended! We are tourists from Australia so this gave us a wonderful impression of the customer service provided in Canada and in particular at the bakery. Thanks so much Shelly, Speciality Bakery is fortunate to have you on their staff.

Friendly people working and the donuts are outstanding, never get the sugar comma after eating them. Please support these folks, they put so much effort into their products and places like this disappear quickly when the general public take it for granted. Most creative donuts I’ve ever seen!

I went to the Guisichan location. Very limited selection.... nothing special. Bread was OK but not outstanding! Great lady...good service... very friendly.

Lemonicious is super sweet, I wouldn't recommend getting it. The key lime pie tastes ok but the texture of the lime section of the pie is so soft and stretchy. You can get better one elsewhere.

I pre ordered two lemon cheesecakes with fresh fruit on top. They were absolutely delicious and well done. Thank you all for making my daughters special want for birthday cake happen!
