Moose loves Mallory and Jocelyn. He started with day training, because I had concerns with his leash walking and “wardening” behaviours. He has made amazing progress and he now goes there for day care. They are amazing at sending picture and video updates of his progress and fun.

We have loved all the help Jocelyn and Mallory have been with our dogs! They took our pup to teach him his foundation behaviours to be a good boy and are always there when we have a question. They have watched our two dogs when we need them to and are good at giving updates if we ask and keeping us in the know on whats going on. We always know our fur babies are in the best hands when they are away from home.

IHave to first say we are new fur parents and we just moved to the area. We had someone that was going to groom Jaydee however she was not available so my search began. I found NYEK9 and decided to try them out. I'm so glad I did Jaydee came home handsome and very happy the cut was great and just what I wanted for him I know he was matted but they did their best not to shave him down It was awesome .. i then inquired about daycare and again we were very nervous about leaving our puppy with people we didn't know. It was the best thing we did! They knew we were very nervous about leaving him, they communicated with us throughout the day sending us pictures of him having a great time and making new friends. They took wonderful care of him. He has even had sleep overs. He loves going to daycare and literally jumps out of the jeep the minute we get there! He comes home happy and exhausted. They are so great with him! If you are new or looking for a place to send your furbaby for the day or grooming or even a sleep over this is the place! So much love for the doggies from the minute you get there.

Our family was extremely nervous to leave our dog Odin with strangers, but Mallory and Jocelyn made the entire process stress free. They patiently answered all of our questions, sent us lots of pictures and gave us lots of updates. You could tell that Odin was well looked after and he had the time of his life at this amazing place. In addition to kenneling our dog, they clipped his nails, which was impossible for three other groomers. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mallory and Jocelyn for all of your dogs needs. One last point is that the pictures they take of your dog our amazing. They have a real talent for pet photography. Several photos that they sent us we have framed and hung on our walls.

We recently started using NYEK9 for our 4 year old English Springer, Bailey. Jocelyn and Mallory have been absolutely spectacular. We have had the full meal deal, day care, boarding, training and grooming. Jocelyn and Mallory have exceeded our expectations in every interaction and Bailey, although stressed by the drive, is super excited and comfortable, every time we drop her off now.

Jocelyn and Mallory are 2 amazing and knowledgeable Ladies that run an excellent full service hands on facility.As I am very particular when it comes to my Girls, I toured and interviewed several kennels before choosing NYEDK9.My almost 2yr old huge personality high energy Giant Schnauzer and Luna my 12 yr old no crazy puppy shenanigans Standard Schnauzer have very different physical and mental needs. After staying with Jocelyn and Mallory both girls have come home happy and content.If you are searching for a kennel for your fur kids, I would and often do highly recommend their facility.

As first time dog owner, there is a lot to learn. We were so fortunate to meet Mallory and Jocelyn when Truffles turned 1. From the beginning, they took a positive and loving approach to getting to know Truffles and offered advice and tricks.Prior to NYEK9s, Truffles was going to typical doggy daycare, spending her days playing with other dogs but not getting any enrichment activities or even downtime.NYEK9s offers a balanced daycare environment. It is a place where you can leave your dog and know that they will play with other well behaved dogs, and be taken care of just as if you were with them yourselves.We have also been able to travel and have boarded Truffles with Mallory and Jocelyn. While away, we didn't worry about anything as we knew your pup was in a safe and loving home. We received number of videos and pictures keeping us up to date with what's happening while we were away.If you are looking for a facility that's a home away from home for your pup then Not Your Everyday K9s is definitely the best option

Mallory and Jocelyn are amazing with our dogs. We have been to other kennels and have never felt at ease the way we do now.We have gone on short day trips, long extended holidays and we also send them in for daycare here and there and every time the dogs come back exhausted and happy.Our dogs were socially anxious before because of the environment in other daycares and we find now that they can’t wait to get out of the car to start playing with their friends.Mallory and Jocelyn know each dog, their strengths and their limitations and love them all as if they were their own.Happily recommend them anytime.

Not Your Everyday K9s has changed our lives. We have much more freedom to travel whenever we want to. Our two dogs Rory and Gracie are so happy when they are there. It’s like they are on vacation too! I’m so glad my friend recommended them to us. Mallory, Jocelyn and their staff are just wonderful. We know our dogs are in great hands. Boarding, training, grooming and more. They have it all.

My 3yr old heeler has been training with Joce for a few years now and she just loves her! Heelers are extremely brilliant working dogs and it takes someone who really knows what they are doing to be able to handle them appropriately. Jocelyn and Mallory are so good with her it honestly blows my mind how much detail they put into their work. They take the time to ensure your dog feels comfortable and they use total force free training tactics, which I love! Joce recommended we start off with just 2 hour sessions and after several months have slowly transitioned her to full days. There is a noticeable difference in my girls overall attitude and confidence since training with Joce. We are working towards getting her more comfortable with other dogs and I have no doubt if anyone can get her where she should be, it's Joce! Mallory and Jocelyn both are so passionate about what they do, they have immense knowledge on different breeds as well as health care when it comes to dogs. I fully trust them to take the best care of my girl and deal with any healthcare needs that may arise. They are so thorough and professional in the way they care for the dogs in their care, they noticed a hot spot on my dog in her half day of daycare that I didn't even notice and I live with her! (she did not get the hot spot with them just an fyi) I cannot recommend these girls enough, they are amazing! I worked in the pet care industry for almost 7 years and have seen a lot, but honestly have never seen people with such passion and knowledge towards our furry friends! They have taught me so much about the well-being of dogs and I have learned so much about dog training since started working with them - they are all about not only caring about your dog but also loading you with lots of knowledge so you too, can take the best care of your dog! Their facility is crazy clean and each dog has their own cozy suite, my girl loves her suite so much she runs into it! They have a good sized backyard that is split into two runs so the dogs have lots of room to run around and play! They offer grooming too which Joce is amazing at! She is so gentle and gives her the best pampering session, she even uses shampoo that brightens her white tail! Their facility isn't run like a lot of daycares, they focus on 1 to 1, more personalized daycare for your dog. They don't take in as many dogs at once so they are able cater to your dogs needs more which is so hard to find! I am so happy I found these girls, they truly have done nothing but amazing things for my sweet, anxious girl who really needs someone who knows what they are talking about because she is not easy! Thank you Mallory and Jocelyn for doing what you do! I would not trust my girl with anyone else, keep up the amazing work!❤️
