We cannot say enough about these wonderful folks! We have used them 3 times and they are always kind, professional and respectful to us and our belongings. There are less expensive movers but you get what you pay for and personally, we prefer to pay a little more and know our home pieces will arrive safely. From the initial call to waving them goodbye it felt like we truly had family moving us. Ron, Frank and Herb were so awesome and Ron even put the beds and crib together so we didn’t have to worry about that part!! Karina is one of most wonderful, kind and amazing women we have ever met and she treated us with such compassion. We will ALWAYS use Hunt Family Movers!!!

Hunt Family Movers provided excellent service for our move from Barrie to Port Loring. From the moment I contacted Karina she provided straight forward details of what the move would entail and provided many solutions for our move to make the best of time and travel. Karina is a great person that came with an equally great team, Ryan, Ron and Ramon. We started a little late and encountered a slight mishap along the way but Karina and her team handled everything in a professional manner which greatly eased our nerves. The team handled all our belongings in a caring way and was very conscientious when placing items in our new home. They worked hard during the entire move. I am so impressed with this company! My move was a bit more complicated than others, since I had a 7 week gap between homes,Unlike other companies that seem to create drama and stress, Karina and her crew seemed to make all the drama and stress go away. Karina was very personable and attentive, delivered everything that was promised (and more!), and adapted quickly to changes and last minute requests. She even helped me to find safe, secure storage for my furniture and belongings while I was in between homes - and at a cheaper rate than anything I had seen.Staff were friendly, professional, and quick, and took care to be sure my belongings were secure. They helped to take apart bed frames, desks, dresser mirrors, pedestal tables, etc. so I didn't have to, and put them together again when I finally moved into my new home.The price was very fair - nothing was required up front, so I didn't have to keep track of any down payment. There was an issue with my bank when I tried to pay by e-transfer on the day of service, and Karina was very patient and understanding - again, no drama and only support.In all the chaos, I mistakenly left my washer and dryer behind when I first moved out of my former home. I texted Karina for help, and she called me back a half hour later to say they would pick them up and deliver them to my storage locker the next day. They did this, and did not charge me for the additional service - what other company would do that?I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunt Family Movers to friends and family, and will certainly use their services again for any future moving needs!

We used Hunt Family Movers to move my elderly in-laws from their home into a retirement residence. Karina and her team were fantastic. Very straightforward and honest. They took great care in protecting floors and carpeting. All of the furniture was wrapped fantastically and nothing arrived damaged. We will definitely use them again.

These movers are incredible. Their communication is wonderful and efficient. Their rates are reasonable, not crazy. Herbie and Ryan were polite, courteous and hard working. I would recommend them to everyone.

Karina and her team were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely hard working and very professional. Furniture and breakables wrapped and loaded onto trucks and no damage to anything. It was an extremely long day, 13+ hours. All through the day the team remained cheerful and helpful, even setting up our beds so we could enjoy a well deserved sleep (as they did too). Thanks Hunt Family Movers, we’re settled in our new home and very happy. We highly recommend Hunt Family Movers.

Just want to give a HUGE thanks to Karina, Ron, Frank and Herb. The hunt family moving team was amazing. These guys work their butts off and are a pleasure to work with. We stupidly thought we needed less time then we required. Karina told me and I didn't listen. She was right I was wrong.The team took amazing care of all our belongings, wrapped, cared for, and handled as if it were their own.Also apologies on my wife's library and having to move all those books.All in all, just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the entire team, we really appreciated it. You guys have a business and team that I would recommend to my closest friends and family.

To say that Karina and Hunt Family Movers saved the day would be an understatement! We had hired another moving company to assist us moving a fridge and they abandoned us on site and completely inconvenienced the person (twice) that we were purchasing the fridge from. I was desperate and had no idea what I was going to do…one call to Hunt Family Movers and my problem was completely solved. Karina made arrangements to have our fridge picked up and moved the next morning! She and her employee were understanding, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable in moving the fridge with no issues at all. We would highly recommend Hunt Family Movers…we will definitely be using them for any move we need to make!
