I never write reviews but the service was garbage here. I went in person to pick up an online order and the cashier went to the back room, came back and said to wait shortly for it. I waited 20 minutes while she passed 6 other customers and ignored me.Finally I saw a manager and asked for his assistance and he shrugged me off. Finally checked my order number and got it right away with a rude demeanor.I asked for some additional help about finding something in store and got zero assistance. Pointed to a bunch of aisles and told me to check myself. Very bad service all around here.

Very bad service waiting more than 30 minutes to pick a new laptop. The sales employee on computers have no knowledge about informatics only if you ask him then he can reply to you with short answer like you buy or no from them it doesn't matter, they don't provide details about financial plans nor service after sales, they just charged me extra fee2for something that didn't explain to me, the refund me after asking, not recommended

One of the best photocopy section but they should have more employees to help this section. 3 customers seemed confused and if they focus on the service then a 5 rating would be given.

I go to this Bureau en gros for the shipping counter (purolator).Deposite your package and off you go about your day. Quick, simple and easy.Store is well stocked and clean.

Worst shipping experience. The guy left the chair I bought online without even ringing on the doorbell. The package was opened and some of the pieces were out of the box. I'm returning it. This is ridiculous.

Ordered an item online, they call me and say it's a demo and then proceeded to cancel the order and sell it to their own people. (They said it's a broken old demo) then I checked the stock went to 0 right after their call. Pretty sleezy if you ask me. Not happy with dishonest people.

I ordered 18 pages of large plans for print and when I checked them, order of pages were totally messed up. Paper was crumpled and it was obvious from the look of it that the person in charge had just clicked print and then left the printer and then just came back to gather each sheet from where it has fallen.Also attitude of staff at printing area is not friendly at all and rather rude

Occasionally u can get really good prices for computers and monitors. Laval branch has Purolator drop point that is supper useful.
