Excellent service. No shuttle or Uber service offered.

The service department is knowledgeable, timely and friendly. If you call the receptionist (the general front desk), then you can expect delays because she is too busy (taking 5-10 calls per minute). You should be nice to her and don't take it personally if she seems rushed. It is easier to call the service department directly, or better yet, use the online booking tool. Their expertise is in high demand but I believe they work as efficiently as possible. There is a lounge for you to wait while your vehicle is serviced, but they seem to prefer if you can drop it off then pick it up later.

With a very polite way asked the manager to lower little bit the price for the service, oil change, and brakes service with brakes fluid.This manager took the estimate sheets, asked his employee to throw it out.was very rude, he embarrassed me, he is very bad in customer service.If there is less than one star I'll give him.For a few dollars become aggressive as well his employee, supported each other.I don't mind if he refuse the negotiation in a polite way,but they want to get the money with un respected.So I canceled everything Except the oil change, because I don't have time to go somewhere else at that day.I don't advice anyone to go at this service location.Don not embarrass your self with very cheap management.I'll never go back.Was first time and last time to go there. They don't care to keep you as a store's customer. they have to choose the polite words when talking to customers.February 9th, 2023Mr. Campbell,You did not even bother to call me back before you wrote your reply to hear my side. This tells me that you might be the same manager or you are taking his side, who was in the office and threw out the estimate while talking.Then you said that I asked for a hefty discount! Either you don’t know what happened or they lied to you. Is $25 considered a hefty discount at your dealership? Even if it was, that does not allow a manager of a business (especially a Honda dealership) to act aggressively against their customers. You know better that you should refuse politely and respectfully.You said that I raised my voice. I did not. In fact, it was the manager in his office and one more time your employee who raised his voice while trying to charge me extra money.I am shocked that you falsely accuse me of being belligerent. If you have proof, bring it on or I will use that against your dealership with Honda Canada. Let me say this to you and any who will read this review: You and your staff don't seem to know how to treat their customers with respect. And you seem to support each other against me. It’s so awful and disappointing to be treated as such especially when I have done nothing wrong.Even your reply and its tone show me and others how terrible your customer service is! You must have a camera somewhere in your facility. If you do, please take a look at how bad the manager's reaction was in his office toward me.

Had to stop here due to an emergency. I was driving through to quebec and 600km from home. I lined up at the service desk and was concerned as I saw them booking appointments for the following week. When it was my turn and I started explaining that I had an emergency and was far from home, the service manager heard and came out. He went to check out the car and took care of the problem within 20 minutes. I didn't catch his name but he saved our vacation and we avoided a potentially very expensive repair. He didn't even want payment when I asked how much. I thank you Sir for amazing service.

I did not like the service writers located in sales, while the service drive through is closed for renovations. The young girl I talked to was mumbling, and not very helpful but the repairs were done on time and my car back to me at the promised time.

Great dealership. Nice people behind the business. I had an issue with my car and they were very accommodating. I never had a problem during the last fours years that I have been using their services.

They did not respond to sms properly for book an appointment, after 3 questions they said we don't have enough information for drive in service and said goodbye while I had some questions, it was impolite behavior. When I went there they gave me appointments for next two weeks. Wasting time

The woman working the front desk was blunt and seemed like she was irritated to be doing her job. She barely even looked at me. I’ve also never waited 3 hours for an oil change before this experience. When I got tired of waiting two hours. The service desk rep essentially lied to me saying “just a little while longer”. For me to wait another 1 hour. When I asked to speak to a manger they told me they didn’t have one!!! Will never get my car serviced here again.Update: I had asked that their manager follow up with me about my complaint. It’s been two days and I have not heard from anyone. It’s clear that don’t respect their customers time or loyalty. They only want your money and will lie to get it.

As a woman, bringing your car for service is sometimes intimidating. I feel out of my comfort zone as I don't have the knowledge level of a mechanic. The service advisors at Ottawa Honda are honest and respectful taking the time to explain what service is needed, what's involved, the cost and the time needed. I won't bring my Honda anywhere else. Thank you!!!!
