Decent and responsive customer service.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!They are extremely racist if you're not Persian. The head boss is Persian and you can only get the following things if you are Persian or from Iran specifically:- longer lunch break ( instead of the usual 30 minutes, if you Persian you can have up to one hour according to my co-workers and witnessing this firsthand )- Employee discount ( I tried to get a some items for chistmas there and I knew a few people who wanted a few items they spcifically like. Like exclusive pop figures or general ones of there favouite characters. Unforneatly, they manager explained I wouldnt be able to get anything in the warehouse because I'm not one of his people ( persian))- Easy work tasks- ability to sit down at any point outside of lunch breaks- etc.

My wife placed an order for an advent calendar for our son on November 25th. It’s now the 30th and the order still says “processing” but the money has been taken. She’s contacted via email, and Facebook, with zero response from anyone. Now we have to go out and scramble to find another one tomorrow so that he can open his advent with his siblings. I’ll be contacting their office and cancelling our order. Such poor customer service.

Edited: Placed an online order. Credit card went through, but nothing after that. Reached out to customer service, no answer.Call the number of the main office - number is not in service.I did receive the parcel, but had no idea it was even on its way other than the fact my credit card had been charged. I've been getting replies to my answer within 24 hours" emails over a week and a half later with tracking information
