If I can give negative stars I will!Extremely rude, unprofessional customer service!!! I only asked about a stair nosing and they didn't want to help or work!!I asked to talk to a Manager but they kept me on hold for 30 mins and the line got cut!!!I don't know why my home builder decided to go with these unprofessional people!!!This is totally unacceptable service

I used to work here, fell in love with the job, until some how production stopped which is weird, then I was let go with out a reason at all, I just kept getting a response of don't worry ill call you never did, after a solid year of hard work! Just really disappointed in how they handled that.

Was nearly rear ended/run over by one of their 5 ton trucks today driving south bound on Terry Fox near Hazeldean because the guy thought he was important and doing about 90km swerving between lanes. A red light came up, I had to stop and he swerved into my lane as I was stopping. Should be paying attention to traffic/lights instead of getting one car ahead.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. we ordered our stairs, nosing ,pickets and newel posts from them and when trying to order the matching hand rail the ignorant & unprofessional receptionist told my contractor “the public isn’t welcome” and offered nothing but attitude. The owner told our contractor “they don’t care to work with the little people” it’s amazing that you’re even still in business.

Purchased some stairs a couple months ago, extremely high quality, and look beautiful in my home. They also installed it quick, and were very nice. Defenitly reccomend.
