I've had great experiences with dealing with the staff here, in particular a friendly and helpful person by the name of Michelle. People call and yell and scream at staff here, blaming them for raising rates when its actually the politicians who we vote for. If you have a problem with your hydro bill or service, wouldn't it make sense to treat people with the decency you expect to be treated. It's not their fault, they are just doing their jobs living pay cheque to pay cheque like the rest of us. I called with an issue with my bill, I was nice and respectful to Michelle, and recieved the respect in return. As a matter of fact, she went above and beyond to settle my issues. Thanks for that

Noticed my power was out..called ptbo utilities...they advised they had no idea...put me through to electrical and they advise yes this was a planned outage from 830am to 2 pm...thanks for letting me know as I have a baby whom needs warm food and we are now in a cold home with no lights or power...there are about 5 families alone on my street with young babies...had I known I could have prepared...o and as the lady said it was on Twitter...I don't have Twitter...call people so they can plan ahead
