Had to make an emergency appointment when my dog was suddenly sick and vomiting - hadn't been to this vet before but it was nearby so I could get there quickly. The staff were really nice and got me in for a last-minute appointment before they closed and didn't rush me, which was appreciated.However, the Dr. couldn't figure out what was wrong and didn't run any tests or anything, just gave my dog an injection. The injection was given incorrectly and formed a cyst under my dog's skin, which I had looked at by a different vet a few days later and it had to be aspirated. The other vet confirmed the injection was improperly administered. Judging by the other reviews, it seems this vet has a history of misdiagnoses and missed serious pathologies.

The veterinarian is really right on the mark. What a super experience to have the doctor diagnose the health issues of my beloved rescue golden German Shepherd without expensive testing. I highly recommend this compassionate, honest doctor of veterinarian medicine

As a young adult and first time going to the vet, your worry is that you will be over charged and is my pet in good hands? This was me and my experience here was pretty great! I called with no appointment they took my cat in who had a bladder block. 5 days later my cat is back to normal and doctor was super amazing! Staff was very friendly! You can visit your pet and I didn’t feel as I was over charged! 5/5 experience

Dr. Khaler is an amazing human being. We've been seeing him for all of our pets for a decade. Absolutely the best Vet in the world. He cares he compassionate and he's honest. Thank You for always being so genuine and helping our Peta live healthy long lives.

Reminds me of how the vet was when I was young. They see you on time and make good on your appointments. The Doctor actually got on the phone with me to reassure that he was ok. Prices are fair considering the ridiculous prices from the other vets in this area. Great place so far.

I have a 15 year old Himalayan who is not eating at all and also hasn't produced any bowel movements. I originally called my usual vet that told me they were too busy and wanted me to wait until the next morning. I pleaded and explained how long it had been. They turned me away. I called a few places and saw that Central Animal Hospital is actually closer to where I live. From the 1st phone call and how compassionate the receptionist was to getting me in right away on an emergency basis even tho my Prince isn't their patient won me over. I was to go in with Prince at 11am. As I got ready my usual vet called saying we can get him in for 10:15am. I thought about it and decided to stick with Central. I am 100% happy that I did. Not only is the Dr on point with his knowledge but he actually cares about the animals he is treating. Another bonus you don't see these days is he is reasonably priced he doesn't gouge ppl and he tries to keep things cost effective while still being able to treat the animal properly. I'm permanently staying at Central from now on. They gained my trust and I see they're loyal to their patients. I hope the other place which I won't name learns a lesson from this. They just lost a loyal paying patient to a vet that goes above and beyond for animals that aren't even his regular patients. 5 stars imo and I encourage all to go to Central you will not be disappointed in any regard. Great team they have there. I owe many thanks to the entire staff.

Dr. Kaler and his staff at Central Animal Hospital are the best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I called vets all over the city when I was worried about my dog Cooper waiting a few more days for his surgery scheduled with his regular vet clinic because I could tell his condition had gotten much worse but unfortunately his usual vet was too busy to take him any sooner. Central Animal Hospital said they had a surgery spot open the next moring and told me to bring him in for a quick consult that evening I called, but once Dr. Kaler saw him, he agreed to do the surgery immediately. I am sure that he saved Cooper's life by acting so quickly. He showed us incredible compassion and generosity that night, and at all of the follow-up visits. I will be bringing all of my pets to his veterinary clinic from now on, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and expertise. The entire team there has been wonderful. Thank you for everything you do!!

Dr. Kaler is unlike any veterinarian that I have ever met. He is compassionate, empathetic and cares for your pet, just as much as you do. He goes above and beyond to ensure your pet has the best work up and treatment plan, and continues to follow up throughout and after. I send everyone I know to him, and everyone is happy with his care. Way to go Dr. Kaler and team!!!

Dr. Ajay Kaler and his team are some of the most compassionate, kind, and helpful people I’ve ever met. Dr. Kaler is an incredible veterinarian and wonderful human being who helped my family immensely. I could thank him a million times over and it still wouldn’t be enough.
