I met Dr. Kao today and he was lovely. It was very clear to me that he knows exactly what he is doing. I've been struggling with trying to find answers for my son for a long time and today I feel like I am finally on the road to getting somewhere. Some of these reviews are ridiculous. You can't give the man one star because his office prefers to communicate via email rather than phone. Just send an email. Also my wait time was literally 10 minutes. Regardless of the logistics of the office, he is obviously excellent at what he does and I'm lucky to have found him.

We have been connected with Dr Kao for more than 5 yrs now and have made best use of our every visit. He is so knowledgeable to answer every question or concern. Despite he is so busy and full even then we have never seen him rushing. Make sure, you have your best questions or concerns written down before your visit so you are not wasting your time by just discussing 'on the go' topic. Strongly reccommended

Dr Kao has been my sons Pediatrician for more than 8 years. I feel so blessed to have such a thorough knowledgeable Doctor. Sure we have to wait sometimes for our appointment. But that is a sign of a good Doctor. He never rushes an appointment!He listens to all of our concerns and has always given us so much support with my sons complex diagnosis. I don't know how we could have managed all these years without Dr Kao's continual support! Dr Kao is a wonderful man and superior Pediatrician.

Kind and attentive to my daughter and family's needs. Very knowledgeable about therapies, approches and different options available. Pretty much on time. Office staff was great too

Dr. Kao is a blessing, he is kind, very knowledgable ! He thinks in many many different modules and never pressures you. He helps you to explore all options, slowly and cautiously. Despite Covid, he has always been available during my emergency situations. Dr. Kao is a great doctor, he's patient listens to you and takes very good care of his patients. However his receptionists are terrible. They never answer the phone or return calls. If he could get better staff i would give 5 out of 5.

Dr. Kao is the best doctor ever. Our kids and us are extremely satisfied with him. Always willing to fit our kids in even when he is all booked up. Very informative and accommodating. Trust his advise 100%. First class doctor.

Terrible place to be, you wait for 2hrs despite been on appointment. The staffs and the Dr don't seem to care even when you tell him during the consultation about the terrible wait time, he will ask you how long you waited that he will look into it and know why but it just gets worst with the next appointment. It even seems the Dr just sleeps inside the consultation room and keeps the patients waiting, so slow. Don't care about the patients and the services rendered to them. Don't care that their patients get appropriate and on time referral. Worst wait time than emergency and family physician despite just having very few (the least) patients.
