Fireplace Service Dept. 777-FIRE

If I could give this company for than 5 stars I would. They provided excellent service. Braxton was our technician, he was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will be using them moving on.

Fireplace Service Department (777fire) is an exceptional company for any of your gas fireplace job requirements. They are professional, friendly, ethical and stayed in regular contact with me to ensure my gas fireplace repair was done as quickly as possible. After the initial appointment, during which they spent considerable time here trouble shooting the problem, they advised that it was very likely the gas valve needed replacement. However, they suggested that I have Hydro come in to ensure that my gas meter was functioning properly so that I wouldn’t be paying to replace a part unless it was absolutely necessary. I was more than happy to comply! After it was confirmed that the meter was working and the gas valve needed replacement, they finished the job in less than a week from the first appointment, which included working with my schedule and the visit from Hydro to ensure that my gas meter wasn’t faulty. They were thorough and explained everything to me, step by step, even taking pictures to better show me where the damage occurred. They cleaned the glass, the entire mechanical assembly, not to mention cleaning up thoroughly after they were done working. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this company except that I recommend them highly and will always be using them for any future repairs I need

Braxton was the technician who came. Very pleasant and helpful. He serviced our gas fireplace and had it up and going again within an hour. I would be happy to use this company again.

This company has been wonderful to work with. Yes, you may need to leave a voicemail but they get back to you in a timely manner. I have only had the pleasure of dealing with Braxton in person. He is a friendly, competent and respectful young man!! I will use this company again for any problems and/or cleaning of our fireplace!

Absolutely would highly recommend! Easy to book, great communication, reasonable cost and on time. Braxton is the best...amazing customer care and service, very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing...his patience and fireplace maintenance tips are top notch. Update: Since using the services of this business a few times I feel that I should update my review.I want to let everyone know that I have found the customer service and communication to be outstanding! They have returned my phone calls in a timely fashion, they send out confirmation emails when booking appointments and they also call a day before to remind about the up coming appointment. The service technician has always been very polite, and very patient with all our questions, he explains things very clearly and at a level we can understand. He has shown up prepared with everything that he needs and keeps a very clean work area by covering the floor around him with thick tarp which is greatly appreciated.We had our fireplace cleaned and service today. The guy was very nice, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and did a great job!

My basement fireplace has not worked properly for some time. I called the company that installed it and after not hearing from them for over a month I found 777-Fire through a Google search. I requested a service visit with their online tool, got a call back the next day and booked an appointment. Braxton (the service professional - I call him that because is truly professional) just left my house. When he arrived he diagnosed the basement fireplace in less than a minute, changed a part, checked everything else over and thoroughly cleaned the unit. He then took my upstairs fireplace apart, checked everything over and cleaned it as well. Both fireplaces are working perfectly now - for only $300. Great result and good price - but more impressive is the great service. Braxton is obviously very knowledgeable - but also very friendly, respectful, and comfortable to have in your home. Good Customer Service experiences are hard to find these days - but this experience was exceptional. Thanks!

Thank you for expert repair of my gas fired fireplace. It was not inexpensive as the gas valve needed replacement, but the new part was at hand and the repair was performed on the first visit. The two service technicians who attended were professional, very personable and efficient. They protected cleanliness of the house and wore facemask all the time. The fireplace was also cleaned and looks brand new. Great service!
