These folks are absolutely the best. We had just bought a new home and knew we had sewer pipe issues..We were told by inspector that the pipe could not be opened and would have to be replaced for a cost of $3500. Interstate Septic sent two very nice technicians out, Heidi and Tyler who explained what the issue was and what they could do.One hour later , they had opened all 75 feet of drain and our bathrooms were now useable. Total cost: $350.An absolutely pleasure to work with these folks.

Our basement flooded two days ago. Had a plumber come out with zero solutions/recommendations. Interstate was recommended to us by another plumber that we called and explained the issue to. They were able to get someone to us that very same day.Jeff was the technician who came out and he was amazing. He was so friendly (we have two crazy dogs and he was so good with them) and so knowledgeable. The plumber who had come out spent two hours at our house, didn’t have a clue how to help and was unsure of what some pipes on our property were. Within minutes of arriving Jeff knew what the issue was, was able to find the outlet pipe what was clogged and in less than an hour had the pipe cleared out.I would highly recommend using this company due to just how prompt and knowledgeable they were. The customer service was great as well!

I called this folks today for a non emergency basement floor drain I needed unclogged. They showed up SAME DAY, the tech was friendly, engaging, and professional. They got it done quickly, and afterwards they gave me detailed ideas to help prevent the clog from happening again.Very impressed, would definitely call again!

Efficient service, helped out on a weekend/holiday with an immediate leak then helped clear our lines and find out drainage ditch. Very thankful for their expertise!

Been in my home almost 30 years. In that amount of time you learn the signs of the house telling you it’s time for septic service. Can always count on prompt scheduling of septic tank pumping from Interstate and they always go that little extra to make sure there are no other issues that often come with a full tank. Fully recommend them.
