The Painted Window Wedding Venue

We attended the wedding of a young man that we have watched grow over the years to his new bride. As much as I will agree that the venue is beautiful both inside and out there are 3 things that stand out that make me give it a 3/5.1. Yes, it is an outdoor venue, but, inside the tent there should have been some sort of heating devices. As this wedding was a fall wedding and the weather can be unpredictable as far as temperature goes, having the guests shivering or just plain leaving because they are cold is not acceptable. There were older guests that were physically shivering.2. During the wedding ceremony itself which is outside the tent, the staff" could be heard talking loudly and laughing over the ceremony. It was hard enough to hear with the sound of the generator we didn't need the distraction of "behind the scenes conversation".3. When guests are informed that "the food is out

My daugter was married here this past weekend and it was a wonderful day. Highly recommend this venue. It is beautiful, the staff is excellent including Hali, the owner, Pete the DJ, Andre and Tony, the amazing chefs, and all the rest of the people who made it a magical day. Everything was perfect and the food was outstanding. We received so many compliments on the food, the drinks and the venue. It was truly outstanding.

My wife and I were just married here this weekend and it was everything we wanted and more. The first thing you notice about Hali is how warm and welcoming she is and how much she loves what she does. My wife originally wanted a barn wedding and we had no luck finding anything anywhere but as soon as we changed our search to 'rustic' we found The Painted Window. The second we laid eyes on the property we fell in love with it! She offers this incredible option to really connect yourself to the venue by working on the property in exchange for reducing the cost of your package, and as a carpenter I couldn't resist! Hali not only let us work the property but let me build a timberframe arbor for us to get married under that will remain there for many weddings to come! I could go on and on about the amazing things Hali will do for you including easing for stress of the planning while simultaneously making the whole process fun but that would me much too long of a Google review. I will rant and rave to people forever about how Hali made our dream wedding come true!

Hali is the definition of a professional, she is a hard worker and knows what she is doing. If you want a fun, and stunning wedding, as well as working with a wedding coordinator that truly loves what they are doing and cares about your wedding this is the perfect venue

The Painted Window was our wedding venue a little over a month ago and every detail about the day was absolutely perfect.We booked it way back in February 2020 and had to keep postponing because of Covid, and Hali was nothing but accommodating and supportive the entire time. She made the planning process effortless and everything came together with ZERO stress on me. Not sure if she shoulders all that stress or it really is just that easy with her around. :-) All of the vendors that Hali recommended were fantastic and left me with even less to coordinate myself.Our wedding was smaller but the venue could easily accommodate a big event. There were lots of activities that our guests loved: the basketball hoop was a hit and there was also a putting green and horseshoes. The outdoor dancefloor was a gorgeous spot for our first dance and there are lots of places to take beautiful photos.Seeing the improvements Hali has made to the venue over the last 2.5 years has been a joy.Thank you so much for hosting our wedding - we couldn't have asked for a better day.

We loved every minute of our wedding here! The venue is beautiful and has everything you and your guests could want! Hali the venue coordinator is laid back, super friendly and just an amazing human. She made sure every aspect of our day was perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation!

Hali and her team are absolutely fabulous!. We just got married this past weekend and it was everything we could have ever wanted and more. Her package prices are more than reasonable, definitely the best we found. The food was phenomenal! we received so many compliments on the food, music was spot on and gave a little taste of everything for every age group. I also want to give a special thank you for the absolute special care of my 94 year old grandfather who the staff treated with the absolute best care, they made a special meal for him and even went out of their way to find him a sneaky scotch lol. It means the world to our family. I’m so happy we found The painted window, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their special event.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Even with the thunder, lightning, and pouring rain, it was stunning. I was the dj for the evening on June 10th.
