This is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used and I have used several. They are incredibly responsive and their customer service is top notch. But besides that, the cleaning itself is so thorough and well executed you can be assured your money will be well spent and if for any reason you’re not satisfied, they really do come back until they get it done right! I love this company so much and wouldn’t ever use anyone else!

The deep clean was fantastic. The standard cleaning I received was not up to par (they didn't even wipe the kitchen counter... there was still stuff on there) I did not expect them to dust or anything but there was crumbs from my breakfast still there. I paid to have my kitchen clean how can you not even WIPE THE COUNTER??? The worst thing of all was the professionalism. I booked so it was every certain amount of weeks and sometimes they wouldn't even be the right date and they didn't call or say that they were coming until 5pm the night before... NOT EVEN 24HRS NOTICE. What company waits until 16 hours before the appointment to say oh by the way we are coming into your house.

Had a wonderful House cleaning appointment today which was completed by Jess & Paisley. They were not only friendly professional cleaners but their attention to detail is above what I ever imagined. Once finished which was sooner than I expected even with a few extras since they had time was a fantastic surprise. I highly recommend CleaningPros to anyone in need of cleaning services as you won't be disappointed. They abide by all covid rules, care about their clients and expectations and all for a very reasonable price. Love how my house now sparkles! THANK YOU Jess & Paisley

We used CleaningPros for a year. They were great to deal with. Schedule was consistent and any interaction I had with the cleaners was always great. Little on the pricier side and in my opinion they are sticklers for not straying from their list of things to be cleaned which is the only reason not 5 stars. But overall if your looking for a reputable company that provides the convenience of consistent cleans that are done on time and on a specific schedule, than I would have no problem recommending cleaningpros.

Came home to our first experience with Cleaning Pros, and the one word that describes my house is gleaming! It was absolutley fantastic. Stephanie did an incredible job. Everything was wonderful. The company was responsive with texts about timings, had a professional attitude and did even more than I expected. Thanks again Stephanie. Really enjoyed my first Cleaning Pros experience.

I had such a good experience with CleaningPros in Edmonton. They were so great about getting me a last minute booking and working within my budget! Dakota cleaned SO thoroughly and everything was sparkling and beautiful. She was so efficient and professional and I was so pleased with her and with all the office staff I had contact with as well. We will definitely be booking the company again when we do our move out clean in the fall and will be recommending them to all of our friends who need cleans done as well!

We have been using this business for quite some time, it always has good work and I would typically rate the level of their services between a 7-9/10 depending on who we have come in to clean. Last clean we had Katy come in and I was blown away! She did a phenomenal job, organizing, deep cleaning and overall ensuring the place sparkled. She was by far a 10/10 and I would gladly have her come again and again! Great job Katy!

The morning started with 2 lovely ladies, Jo and Levi…. They worked so incredibly hard, they were professional and kind. It was a big job and another young lady joined the team in the late afternoon….. as a team they pushed themselves hard to get the job done and the house is sparkling because of it…. I would recommend CleaningPros to any of my friends or family!! Without question BEST cleaning experience ever…. Moving is hard ,stressful and tiring, I appreciate the job they did to help get the house ready to sell. Everything is clean and looking new!!! Thank you CleaningPros!!!!! ❤️
