I recently visited this office for the first time and I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the receptionist. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of reading materials to keep me occupied during my short wait. The whole staff was incredible and they made my experience amazing.

The service and products are exceptional. Mr. Farshid is a very Professional and knowledgeable practitioner. Right from A to Z he took excellent care of my Optical needs. He booked me an appointment with a very expert Doctor to check my eyes . From the time I got my prescription to getting my glasses , Mr. Farshid was extremely helpful. They have an excellent selection of Frames and the very latest designs too. I bought 2 pairs and had lenses changed on my old frame. He even gave me discount and promptly called me when they were ready for pick up. I would definitely return when ever I have my Optical needs. Usually I patronized Costco thinking they would be cheaper. I was in there prior and their selection was not the best. I am glad that the Good Lord led me to Rad Optical. I didn't have to wait around, and I was looked after right away. They were very kind and professional. After my exam, I was helped to get my glasses, and the gentleman was just perfect! He helped me with everything, and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes with my order in! Very satisfied
