I stopped in on a whim and happy that I did. Although it was near closing time, the receptionist greeted me warmly and helped me find what I was looking for. The best part, the flags are made in Canada!

Purchased a Canadian Flag 10 years ago from Flags Unlimited it measured 36x72 inches; it was a beautiful flag. I only fly it on long weekends, Canada Day etc. When it eventually came time to replace it, the new flag at the Flags Unlimited website was posted as measuring 36x72 inches however, the actual product delivered measures 34x72 inches. It is noticeable and it is disappointing. I don't think national flags should suffer from 'shrink-flation' or 'shrinkage'.

We recently received a 40' flag pole from a friend.We needed a Canadian Flag to mount to the top of our pole and show our Patriotism!We called about getting a flag and Alissa was very helpful and friendly.The flag was even on sale!!I went in the same day and they showed me how to mount the flag, and what pieces I needed.Overall the process was great and I would highly recommend here for any flag services or inquires.100th Review!!

I came a rather far distance to purchase a flag, but it was worth it! The woman working at the front was very kind and gave me all sorts of helpful information for choosing the right flag, and it looks wonderful on my porch. I will be sure to come back sometime!

Zero stars would be ranking but not an option.On March 2, I sent an inquiry through the website to order 3 flags for an event on April 23, 2022. Within a few hours, I received a short reply email from Bill Choghri with a quote stating delivery would be 2-3 weeks. I agreed within 24 hours and made full payment. My credit card was charged right away. After this I sent in all the artwork right away. I never heard from Bill again. I finally reached out by email on April 6 to ask about the flags. I received a reply from Bill with only one line “They should be shipping this week”. No tracking number, no thank you, no signature, no ‘I will look into this’. On April 11, I emailed asking for a tracking number as I had not received anything yet. Bill never even replied to this email. I emailed 3 times again but it was the Easter weekend so received nothing. On Tuesday, April 22, Bill finally replies with “It looks like graphics never sent out the actual mock up. We can process the artwork once you approve the artwork samples. We can try our best to get it done ASAP. We will also give you a full refund. ….. My apologies as this was a graphics issue but ultimately mine as well!!” At this point, I was happy. I thought Bill and Flags Unlimited had redeemed themselves. I approved artwork ASAP and assumed I would receive my flags. Bill NEVER followed up again. Today April 22, I emailed Bill stating I had not yet received my flags and could I have an update. Bill’s reply: ‘Hey, They won’t be ready until next week.’ Again no phone call, no apology, etc. I replied with my disappointment and again the one line reply: ‘I understand your frustrations and again I do apologize.’ Terrible customer service and take no accountability for their lack of customer service. I am so disappointed with this company. I would be mindful if ordering from them and definitely ask for another sales rep than Bill Choghri.

We had this flag custom designed and manufactured by Flags Unlimited thanking frontline workers and urging people to stay home. Flags Unlimited worked with us and delivered the flag within a few weeks. Thank you

ordered 2 BC flags paid on line. never received them or confirmation they got shipped. emailed for info no reply. called all the departments on the telephone ,no one picked up just a recording saying they are sorry. now I hope to get my money back.

I’ve been buying Flags Unlimited flags for 25 yrs. Lately the quality has started to deteriorate. Our family hub has 5 homes and I fly a 27x54” flag at each of them. The last 2 have lasted 3 months and 2 months respectively before the end seams both ripped right off. 25 yrs ago I would have thrown them out for fading but not anymore

beautiful and well made Canadian flag, it looks great in our gym at competitions! We had a tight timeline but the flag arrived in advance of our event with time to spare. Great service and fast shipping - thanks!! This flag will be travelling to Amsterdam in July 2023 with our world Gymnaestrada team.
