Truscott, Brown & Dwyer Funeral Chapel

I want to thank the entire staff at Truscott, Brown & Dwyer for the way they handled the arrangements for my aunt last week. In a difficult time they showed compassion and handled any questions / requests we had. The service was wonderful, and everything was done professionally.I hope I don't need to plan another funeral for a long time, but I would turn to Richard and his team again!

Richard and his staff have been wonderful with my arrangements. They have been warned that my family is likely try to interfere, when I can no longer speak for myself. To guard against that, Richard's staff are helping me cover all the bases, in writing, no matter how eclectic my tastes.It is my hope that I am able communicate my wishes, to the family, well enough in advance that they can come to accept them and not make a scene after I am gone The process is giving me peace of mind and I truly couldn't do this without them.I trust, that with Richard's team running the show, my wishes will be respected and my visitors will have the best experience they could hope for at a funeral.If you wish to learn more about my ongoing experience with the company, feel free to get in touch. I feel that because we could not afford any extras" like clergy

Since this was the second funeral we had to organize wthin 9 months, ( and the first one went well), this one was easy and quick to complete planning. The staff was helpful and unobtrusive. They were helpful with their questions and suggestions. The viewing room had been reorganized and was much more welcoming and had a nicer, familial feel to it now.Their care and professionalism made a difficult time much easier.Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Richard Kranstz and his team at the Truscott Brown & Dwyer Funeral Chapel. My husband passed away unexpectedly and Richard was able to see us later that same day to start making arrangements. He was so kind and patient with all of my questions, and very quick to respond to my emails. My husband was in good hands and that gave me great comfort at such a difficult time.

Truscott, Brown & Dwyer were very kind and compassionate while helping us with planning and decision making after a sudden passing. They made us feel comfortable in meetings and expertly answered any questions we had.I would definitely recommend them for funeral planning and services.

This was the second time we used Truscott, Brown & Dwyer. I cannot say enough good things about Marysa & the staff! Their professionalism, attention to detail and just amazing care & compassion! I never had to worry about anything, they had it covered from start to finish without any glitches along the way. The staff certainly take quite a burden off your shoulders at a time when you need it the most. As a side note, my mother looked absolutely amazing, which is something I find very rare when attending open caskets! The job was top notch and I know my mother approved! Thank you all!

The staff at Truscott were absolutely fantastic during the viewings and service for our father over the past 3 days.Special thanks to Sandra for her hospitality during this difficult time and for Richard for helping us put everything together.You guys made our father look incredible. I meant to write this review some time ago but as life goes I got busy. After speaking with friend’s about my mother in law’s funeral I suggested Truscott Brown, especially Richard, and remembered how I wanted to tell someone publicly how much we adored Richard. He was so kind, considerate and helpful at a very stressful time to myself, spouse and his siblings. As a matter of fact, all the staff working there were very kind and helpful. I will definitely continue to recommend this location whenever possible. Thank you to Richard and the Truscott team for helping my family, we will be forever grateful.
