AFFINITY FLOORING
Being new to Edmonton when we needed our main floor flooring replaced we acted on a tip and contacted Affinity Flooring and the service we received from Aaron and the installers was excellent. After discovering the need for some repairs, which took a little more time, Dennis and his crew had the floor installed quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Sharmaine, Aaron, Dave and Dennis.

We just had our condo completely refloored with vinyl plank flooring purchased from Affinity Flooring in Edmonton. The work was completed in 2 days by Brandon, he did the installation quickly and flawlessly.I would recommend both Affinity Flooring and Brandon for all of your flooring needs.I enjoyed working with all the staff at Affinity Flooring, everyone was friendly and helpful with selecting the best flooring to suit our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of touring a home renovation that was carried out by Alair St. Albert. I was impressed by the thought and design work that went into the project. I admired the quality of workmanship in various parts of the job, the flooring in particular. I noticed the quality of the boards, the cuts and joints were hardly visible, and the chosen layout was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Affinity as a company that delivers an excellent quality product to its customers.

If I could give a 0 star I wouldI purchased flooring in Nov 30 2022Promised flooring in 3 day because it was in stock at wear house in Calgary great!! Spent over 11,000.00. Contractors that were installing flooring came and demo the old flooring in house. It is February 17 2023. Still have no flooring. Started Requesting money back in January but won’t give it back always an excuse. Last one was sent it to wrong email. Don’t trust them at all. I delt with the owner Sharmain and her salesman Arron

I don’t even know where to start! I had been looking around at multiple hardwoods throughout the city. Very little knowledge was given to me, mostly just quotes and hopeful sales.That was until I met the crew at Affinity! Charmaine is very passionate about what she does, never let’s you walk away without getting what you’re looking for. She runs a tight ship and everyone that works there has the same bright energy the moment you walk through their door.Arryn, was the guy who took us through their stock, finally finding us a wood that we liked from Calgary, they brought it in-in record timing, and had me knowledgeable and ready for my purchase! Thanks again to everyone at Affinity, I can’t say enough about them!

I had the pleasure of meeting Sharmaine when I was looking for flooring for my basement.Sharmaine spent individual time with me helping me choose the colour and also calling the supplier to ensure that the product was available and would be delivered within 2 days . She was knowledgeable, patient& professional to deal with . I was notified promptly 2 days later when the product arrived at her location for pickup.I would highly recommend affinity flooring !!Their service was beyond my expectations.
