My car had a minor issue that needed fixing so I could continue on with my vacation. Even though it was late in the afternoon and they were busy, they took the time to fix the problem and didn't even charge me.

Just travelling through from the States to get up to Alaska, stopped in to get our beat up but trusty car looked at. When we came in, the car sounded like a dirt bike at full throttle. These people had it all together! Friendly staff, great job (car sounds great) and fair price made the same day service the cherry on top! Thanks a million from NY!

“Everything is good with a car” they said and missed a bunch of technical issues during diagnostic and inspection.

I have used this business three times for tire rotations and a recent fix of a very slow leak. I drive a foreign brand car still under warranty with prepaid maintenance so the main service like oil is done at the Calgary dealer. But man, for tires they are perfect. I also needed help with a motorcycle and a weird bolt problem as I needed a European TORX bit. They had just the right tool! Amazing professional and courteous service. Thank you!

This place is a life saver.Honest work, done quick, at a fair price.I was leaving town with two busy toddlers, when I noticed a pool of oil under my car. Brought the car over to Canmore L&M. Jeff helped me out right away, he came over diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand and had me and my kids back on the road in 90 minutes.You guys are amazing.

Their loud company truck sped around a small parking lot endangering folks standing in the lot. Also disappointed (but not surprised) to see they've been found multiple times parking in designated charging stalls.

after dealing with 3 weeks of estimations and bookings, one hour after i drop my car off they called me to say they were missing parts they thought they had. this ruined a one month schedule, depending on this car repair. utterly miserable mistake has left me with a broken car before a road trip. please don’t come here, they are very condescending over the phone and in-person. they barely even apologised, no compensation offered. never shop here.

1 star for the sole reason their vehicle has been parked in designated charging spots.

I called on Monday about having my car looked at on the Tuesday for an electrical issue, that I suspected was due to a faulty alternator. Brought it in, and told them, they could have the car all day, as I was going to be at work anyway.Got a call early afternoon confirming my suspicion, but the alternator needed to come in from Calgary. I was quoted a price (in the range I had figured it might be), and agreed that it needed doing. It was easier to leave the car with them overnight and take the bus home, so they could tackle the repair first thing Wednesday when the part arrived.Late Wednesday morning, I received another call telling me my car was ready to go. The final cost was a few bucks less than quoted, which is always a nice surprise. Went down, paid, grabbed my keys, and was on my way.I spoke with two different people from start to finish, and both were courteous and helpful. I'll definitely bring my car back to them.** reading the 1 star reviews, it really seems some people have an inflated sense of entitlement, too. Small shop, small town, and people doing what they can to get you on the road. Just because you're in a hurry doesn't mean they have any obligation to expedite your repair. I had exactly zero concerns with any part of the process, communication, or end result.
