Dollar Car Rental - Thornhill, On, Ca DLE

Me and my 5 friends had a van booked here online, and as we were under 25 we were concerned we could not rent the van properly. However, the website did not stop or notify us that there would be an issue with renting this van as long as we paid the under-age fee. The day prior to our trip (that was already paid for $300+ investment each), we get to the store to find out we are not allowed to rent minivans even if we pay the fee. Not only had we rented a minivan the year before from a downtown location, the store manager" could do nothing but blame it on their system. Regardless of the issue there should have been a notification on the website upon completion of the car booking. Overall the manager was utterly useless

They didn't give me car because last time my insurance pay them few days late

Went to pickup the car in the morning, the process was fast, as I did book it online. Dropping the car was fast as well, didn't spend more than 5 minutes. The car was clean, it runs good and extending the rental period was easy to do over the phone.
