Green Choice Heating and Cooling

I recently hired Green Choice to fix my underperforming air conditioner, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Their customer service team was friendly, prompt, and attentive, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. The technicians were professional, skilled, and thorough in diagnosing and resolving the issues with my air conditioner. Their transparency in explaining the problems and providing cost-effective solutions was highly appreciated. The end result was a significantly improved cooling performance in my home. I highly recommend this cooling service company for their outstanding work and prompt responsiveness.

Before Covid Nathan came out to give us a quote and to recommend a tankless water heater for us. I coordinated with him by text and we scheduled the installation for yesterday at 8:30am (as things have started to reopen). He and his guy showed up right on time. My husband, daughter and I primarily stayed in the backyard building our new play structure and they went in and out the back door since it was the closest to the basement. His guys were done by 12pm, they brought up the old water heater (we bought ours out years ago so it didn't need to be returned to Enercare) and his guys got their scrap guy to come pick it up. They cleaned up after themselves (except for wiping the floors in the kitchen) but based on the current situation I wanted to do it myself anyway). It was a great interaction and I highly recommend their services. The installation is super clean.

Furnace issues are stressful! We reached out to Nathan when our furnace wasn’t working. He was quick to reply and was able to solve the problem. We will work with Nathan for our future heating/cooling needs.

Green Choice is the right choice. Nathan and his team installed a new heat pump and furnace. They did a great job on the install and even fixed some old ductwork at no extra cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HVAC SERVICE COMPANYI called them for the first time on the first hot day of the season for my broken AC. None of the other service companies were able to come the same week. They tried to help me over the phone free of charge but it required their attention. They showed up within a few hours. They were able to diagnose the issue and solve within 20 minutes. They didn't try to sell a service or warranty plan like most other HVAC service companies do. I am extremely happy with their service.

Our family used Green Choice Heating and Cooling in 2022 as we performed extensive renovations on our 100 year old home. They installed/retrofitted 3 separate systems in our home: a ductless heat pump (Mitsubishi), a central heat pump system (Mitsubishi) that tied into our existing ductwork, and the installation of a new high-efficiency boiler that is used to provide heat to the house (via radiators).We are currently working with them to address some challenges that we faced post installation - they came today and are addressing them, and I will update my review after the work is completed.
