We went for supper tonight , they were only open till 8 pm we got there at 720 and had nothing but amazing service by the manager I think and I never caught her name. But she was amazing the food was amazing and the service all around was great. Hands down will be back. Oo and the banana cream pie is to DIE FOR !!!! Thankyou so such a great meal

First time visiting here. Being originally from Red Deer, this place reminded me of Glenn's Restaurant with its country theme, comfort and family-friendly food and atmosphere.Taken out on a special occasion lunch, the three of us all had the Clubhouse - turkey, bacon, cheddar, lettuce , tomato and mayo!Then we enjoyed their cheesecakes which were fabulous!Great food, great portions - so much we each took home half our sandwich! The fries were tendercrisp and tasty! Clam chowder was good after trying my first bite, I've learned to like something new today!Next time, we'll be in for breakfast!

All-Day breakfast, which is critical for a shift worker. Very country-oriented, with country music and a ranching theme. The food is pretty good, if maybe shy on default vegetables. They DO have plenty of veggies _available_, but often charge more if you want to, for example, exchange your potatoes for broccoli. The service is always acceptable, but I am perpetually concerned that there just isn't enough staff. They obviously do their best to get your order to you, I think they are just literally limited by total manpower. I knocked off marks on the Atmosphere segment because I gotta be honest ... as a Hat resident, I am kinda tired of the continual inundation of country music and ranching themed decor. The restaurant could really use some ambience update, but I suspect that they just don't make enough money to expect much in the way of renovations.

Papi's was busy when we arrived for Sunday morning breakfast. We were able to be seated immediately and greeted by friendly staff. The service was awesome, and the food was excellent. The best part was how affordable breakfast was. I highly recommend.

just a suggestion..... if there's the room for it don't put patrons next to each other in booths (especially when the backs of the seats are loose and rickety. I'm eating away with my meal (delicious food btw) and all of a sudden I get this fellow sit down and causes a major earthquake and I almost swallow my fork!!!!Please, please don't be sitting patrons next each other. Let us eat in peace and undisturbed by careless disrespectful patrons.Anyway, besides that I enjoyed the meal and service.

WOW is all we can say. The staff are amazing, such a pleasure to see them having fun while working very hard to make our experience amazing. We love listening to them laughing & joking with them selves & the costumers. That tells me they are enjoying their work environment. And with that comes the great food that we experience daily (5-6 days/week). Their breakfast special is unbeatable along with their steaks, salads, etc. The happy atmosphere is such a pleasure, I love listening to the laughter.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We were passing through Medicine Hat on our way to Calgary and in need of a good breakfast. I ordered steak and eggs, a tough one to get right, not really expecting a whole lot. Honestly incredible, not overcooked, tender as all hell and wonderfully priced! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was homey. You can tell that it's THE spot for a lot of regulars, which is a dead giveaway of how great it is!
