Joined Crossfit LTD from another crossfit gym. Coaching is incredible, people are amazing. Positive atmosphere that pushes you to accomplish your goals. Highly recommend this place for all fitness levels.

Crossfit LTD is an amazing gym. The owners and coaches are skilled, warm and welcoming. They motivate you to do your best while ensuring you keep safe. I have been a member for 4 years and have loved my experience there. I've made some amazing friends in that time and the owners go to great lengths to create a real sense of community. New members will absolutely love it here!

I started on Sep 2015. I couldn't even tie my own shoes and had to put a stop to it. Had many doubts as it was seeming to be a quite extreme sport to me and things have proven it that I was wrong. I like that the trainer Simon knows the limits for both us. He just motivates you the right dose and this helps you to see that you actually achieve things. The significant thing in just 3 months was that I was extremely flexible after this period and was able to move much quicker than before. I love this place, everyday we’re doing something different and some workouts do feel like playing games. Thank you Simon for all your help and being patient with me. Love this place…

Great box, great people, great staff. Simon is a really great coach who takes the time to make sure people understand the movements. I enjoy the structure of the classes and the variety of times. I would definitely recommend this box to anyone who is new to crossfit but also to anyone who is experienced. It’s got a fantastic community vibe.

For the past six months I've been training at CrossFit Living The Dream Ajax and I don't think I'll ever stop. I've never enjoyed working out as much as I do here and I've seen many positive results. Our box is made up of a very encouraging and supportive group of people. No matter what your skill level, Simon and Ashley are friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable, it's like no other gym I've been to before.

I started August 2015 and have seen great improvement in my overall fitness. Simon and Ashley are amazing coaches who are knowledgable and very patient making sure our technique is correct and keeps me injured free. The community out our box is great, we keep each other motivated and accountable and always push each other.

I began Crossfit at LTD in November 2015 and have been hooked ever since.Simon Barg is an amazing coach. His commitment and dedication to his craft and his members is second to none.Regardless of the size of the class, Simon is always actively moving around the gym, ensuring that he is attentive to each and every student.Simon’s nutritional knowledge, skill set with lifting and gymnastics and his ability to modify movements for members who may lack mobility or have injury/limitations makes the crossfit experience that much more enjoyable and do-able.

This place is fantastic it’s only been a short time but I love this place. Coming in I was overweight and self conscious but everyone was warm and welcoming, a wonderful community. My kids do the cross fit kids and look forward to it every week. Simon is very knowledgeable and a great coach. Ashely selects tough workouts that are amazing. You gotta check this place out!Highly recommended!
