Pearle Vision

I recently had to have cataract surgery. Due to health issues, recovery took a long time. My glasses have been useless for 2 months. Once my eyes had healed properly, I needed to find a new optician since my 'old stand-by' had retired. Pearle Vision had opened near me, and I thought I may as well give them a try. Before making an appointment, I walked in to look at frames. When I walked in, I had Danielle's full attention. We talked about my needs, and she helped me pick out a lovely pair of Pradas that fit my face beautifully. I needed sunglasses, too. She was patient as I tried on many frames, but not one of them was 'the pair'. She looked into their end of line stock, and we found a great pair that fit perfectly into my motorcycle goggles. I left pleased as punch. I made an appointment, and Genevieve was just as attentive as Danielle. I tried on the frames I had selected, and we agreed they looked great. She took measurements, and we talked about the lenses I needed to make sure they did what I needed them to do. She gave me the best deal she could and I was pleased with the final price. I was disappointed to hear it could take 7-10 business days as I was eager to get back to driving. A week later, I called to check on the progress and was pleased to hear I could pick up my glasses the next day! Again, I received great one to one attention. Both pairs fit perfectly, and I can finally see! As a senior with health issues, I really appreciated all the time and care all of the staff provided.

The staff at pearle was exceptional and Kash was great in helping with frames. Had an eye exam and the doctor was very thorough and prices were very competitive. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

The team at the Oshawa location (Harmony road) are incredible. My husband and I both needed glasses and neither of us knew what to expect. From the moment we walked in, we were supported and educated about the process. The team here take the extra time to know exactly what you need and how to guide professionally and with warmth. From choosing frames, navigating the insurance side of things they go above and beyond. The staff are genuine and experts in their craft. You will be in good hands here!

I was given the wrong prescription. How bad can it get? When I got my eye glasses done with the prescription they had given me, I was shocked because the glasses gave me a headache. The power was too much. I was shocked that this happened in the 1st place. I am a person who always gives good reviews all the time but this is the 1st time in my life I'm giving a bad review. Really disappointed. I lost trust in you guys because when I got my eyes checked again in another place the prescription that you gave was totally different. It was a waste of money & time. Of course no more trust.

The staff at Pearle Vision are absolutely amazing!! My family and I have been with them for close to 3 years now and we have always had a great experience. Dr. Nadia is extremely thorough and patient. My kids were extremely comfortable with her. I want to especially call out Kash ( Cash with a K :) ). He has been great in helping with frames and making recommendations for me as well as my 5 year old son. Great Customer service! I highly recommend Pearle Vision ( Whitby) for exceptional care and customer service!!

Had an eye exam here and found the optometrist to be highly skilled and detail oriented. Would definitely recommend their services, after my exam purchased a pair of eyeglasses and found the staff to be very helpful. Kash was great at helping me choose my eyeglasses and will definitely be returning to get my next pair. Prices were good

This was a great experience! The manager Kash was amazing and gave us a great experience! Pearle Vision had great glasses my wife and daughter picked out great MK glasses for a great price! Overall this was a great experience and I recommend coming here, we will definitely be back!

The optometrist is fantastic. However, the actual associates who help with the glasses are not. I was told that my glasses would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks. It's been a month now and I still have not heard from them. I have called and they said it was a shipping issue which I find hard to believe. I paid the difference so they don't care when I get them. Next time I won't pay up front and maybe they'll be done on time. I won't be going back to this location.

This comment is about how pleased we were at Pearle Vision. The service was outstanding and the staff members there were very professional and made us feel welcomed.
