Two failures from INTELCOM.1. My sign, clearly place in front of the steps to my front door: 'Please, all visitors and deliveries to the back door.'4-times in a row: Parcel placed at the front door.2. Parcel left in plain sight of passers-by.Get your act together. I have provided you with my response to your delivery failings with a 1-Star rating. Are we going to go for 5?

I can not give 5 stars but I also can't give 1. I have had several parcels that were delivered late or not at all. Because there was an Intelcom tracking number I assumed it was them. However, after my most recent problem I spoke with Intelcoms amazing customer service which stated that they didn't even receive it from Amazon. I then spoke with Amazon customer service which confirmed that Intelcom trackng numbers are assigned before they even get the parcel. So... The negative reviews should be associated with the disconnect between Amazon and Intelcom.

Just curious, if you are delivering an Amazon order....and my shipping instructions say this is a business address and it closes at 4:00pm...why do you keep trying to deliver at 6-7:00 pm? What am I missing? 2 days in a row now I haven't received my package because you are showing up outside of business hours. It's now the third day, and 5 hours ago it said my package should be delivered in 3 hours, should carry over packages with attempted delivery outside allowable windows not be prioritized the next day, or are they moved to the back only to be delivered late....again? I understand you can't always make it on time and you're likely busy making lots of deliveries, but there seems to be a procedure or information gap there somewhere.That's my rant.

Been trying track the package. Best buy has dispatched but your sytem hasn't updated tracking. Its now Mid-day and no update on tracking. Do you not offer live tracking? Would have picked up from the store but the option was not available. Now I have you as the middleman to this operation. Sub par to say the least. Do better Intelcom. Your competitors operate on expediencyUpdate: It is now Past delivery day and your live tracking has not updated since yesterday after 5pm. Spoke with Best Buy and they have confirmed shipment dispatch and received at your facility. What now?

One star is far too many for this pathetic excuse for a delivery company. I can't count how many times they have sent the parcel to the wrong city. This time in spite of the fact the morning of the delivery directions were sent to the company with physical markers along the way. Driver didn't even bother to call. Once again I will complain to Amazon, so surprising they would use such an inept service. Definitely a reason to go to another site. What's the point in having a quick guaranteed delivery date?

If there was a negative star review they would get it. The last parcel I have been expecting has been in my home town for 6 days now. The parcel before that went missing and the one before that was undeliverable/damaged. It would be great to have a shipping choice when ordering. They were good a while ago but not now. I must add the drivers are always friendly.

Sometimes they deliver the package by calling me. Sometimes they buzz my apartment. Sometimes they dont do either and dont deliver it. Sometimes the package comes to my apartment. Sometimes its left downstairs.In short, the drivers are unreliable. Theyre paid to do a job. Not half of it. All of it. I actively look for sellers who use Intelcom and I avoid buying from them.EDIT:Did as requested by their response. Got an email telling me my parcel would be delivered in 2 days. Thats it. No mention of whether or not they would follow the instructions I left. Just nothing. Total waste of my time.EDIT 2:Got an email stating Harjit would be delivering my parcel in 3 hours. It's been 6 hours now. Intelcom tried to call him. No answer. Intelcom said the last delivery he did was almost 1.5 hours before I called. This surprised the lady on the phone. They don't know where he is, when he's coming or if he's coming. In short, they don't know anything. Further, 2 emails to customer support" have gone unanswered. Finally

Worst delivery company ever. Hire staff who care about doing a good job and who can think. I’ve had packages not delivered or an issue with delivery about one of every five orders. They drop at the wrong address or say the address doesn’t exist. It’s really not that hard to locate. It’s amazing how a company can operate this poorly for so long and still be in business. Note: waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes to get my most recent package sorted. I don’t think I will order from Amazon anymore because this is the worst.
