Housemaster Home Inspection
We got an inspection done with Dave and he was excellent! He took the time to go threw the inspection with us, explaining everything on the way and every reason for it. They have a great system of telling you what your priorities should be when it comes to what needs to be repaired/replaced with the house first. Booking with Marlene was easy as we've never got an inspection done before, she talked us threw the process and what to expect/look forward to. Their service fees are more than reasonable and both Dave and Marlene are friendly and easy to talk to! We will definitely be returning customers in the future, as we highly recommend!

Housemaster Home Inspection
Pre-purchase inspection. Dave was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He took his time to point out exactly what he was finding while on site. He answered all of my (very nervous first time home buyer) questions. And he made sure that before leaving the premises that there was nothing further I wanted him to do. The report was sent the next day - it was detailed, comprehensive and easy to understand.

Dave was very professional and courteous during his inspection and answered all of my questions. He’s a good man and thorough. Housemaster Home Inspection
Dave did our inspection. The rates are affordable. The inspection lasted between 1.5 to 2 hours. It wasn't boring at all. He has a great sense of humour, and he made sure that all our questions are answered. He even knows the area where we are buying our house from, so we were able to ask questions not related to the inspection. The report was available 1.5 hours after the inspection, which was extremely helpful as I had to forward it to my mortgage broker. I definitely recommend him. It was easy to book the inspection too.

We were very pleased with our inspection. Dave was very informative and professional. He kept us involved at all times and explained everything as we went along.
