I will never do the exam again in this center , everything bad

The customer support team is responsive and the staff is professional. The staff had followed and maintained the COVID-19 guidelines at all times, were very helpful and clearly communicated the instructions during the test.

Don't prefer this center if you want to score well in your IELTS speaking tests. Those who cannot speak English well, are put in charge of conducting speaking tests and evaluating candidates for IELTs. Pathetic! Worst grading! Choose other centers please.

I visited the place to take IELTS test. The location is good and there is free parking.The waiting area is small and people should wait outside. They do not have lockers or keys like other test center to save your belongings.The social distance in the room is quite acceptable.The room is warm. The AC was on and they have fans but it doesn’t work when you are 100% stressed taking a test.The entrance is on construction.For the price people pay for the test they should improve the conditions for the exam takers.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CENTRE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO SCORE HIGH IN YOUR IELTS TEST SPEAKING TEST.The test invigilator’s only motive is to get done with the test. She is abrupt, would interrupt you after every few seconds. Doesn’t let you to speak freely. Won’t comment on the invigilator’s speaking ability as they were reading out from a piece of paper, but while having a conversation with the test takers, they all had the same feedback. I was comfortable with the Written examinations but speaking was horribly conducted by the invigilator. The invigilator had a mask on, was speaking in a low volume tone which made it hard for the test taker to listen. Now having the Recording device closer to themselves (invigilator) it feels as if it our fault that we weren’t able to listen clearly, which eventually would lead to less score band. Not a professional centre to take your speaking test. Won’t recommend at all.

Very poor service, they don’t pick up call and not even replying to email. They didn’t refund me for my two exams. More than $620 are still pending nd its almost a year.
