I have gone with this company for over 20 years and I wouldn’t ever go with another for a few reasons. 1 , straight honesty. They tell you straight what is needed or not needed 2. On time! 3. They do a professional job and take great care in keeping your surroundings clean while doing their work.As long as I have a fireplace, this is the company I will hire to do the job. Hard to find a good one and when you do, you keep them! Highly recommend!

We asked Chim Chimney to come out and clean our wood burning fireplace yesterday and they were very quick but thorough. I highly recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable, to the point. I emailed them asking questions about their services and Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly in answering all my questions. Will use their services again!

I own CWsquared - Home Inspections. I scheduled a WETT inspection for a client that was planning to purchase a home. While I was inspecting the home the next morning, Chim-Chimney arrived on time and performed the service professionally. Will definitely be calling them again/recommending them to future clients.

Chim-Chimney is an amazing company. Not only do they do quality work but they have honest, good people working for them. They are very affordable for what they do (a WETT inspection AND a chimney sweep was quoted to me for $30 cheaper than other places I've phoned inquiring for ONLY a WETT inspection). They had to do a follow up appointment at our house a few days after their initial appointment and they were so generous enough to have not charged us for that visit. We are so grateful that we decided to go with Chim-Chimney and we recommend them to all people wanting to get chimney services done!

Though we have not yet had a service completed by Chim-Chimney, I am incredibly impressed by their honesty.We recently bought a home with a wood burning fire place and reached out to Chim-Chimney to arrange a WETT inspection and cleaning. They looked up the address and let me know that the property was inspected within the last six months and also had a cleaning in the spring. This demonstrates their HIGH level of INTEGRITY and honesty. Though they couldn’t release the information directly (as we didn’t pay for it and for privacy reasons) the info they were able to provide saved us a few hundred dollars AND offered some peace of mind.Thank you for your honesty. Many companies would have just claimed ignorance and came anyways. We will be happy to call you for future fireplace maintenance needs ☺️

Efficient and friendly service. Always do a general condition check and identify any real issues - no money making schemes. They’ve been cleaning our chimney for 7 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I had Chim out in November of 2022. I was out of town working and only my wife was home. The tech cleaned the chimney, but also hit the inside chimney cap so hard he pushed out the two sheet metal screws and the cap ended up laying on the roof. I do not understand how you do not look at the roof after doing a cleaning to make sure things are ok.The second part of this is that during the cleaning they must not have opened the top dampner, and it was broken after the cleaning.After a lot of back and forth, the chimney was repaired in March of 2023. I do give them a lot of credit for actually fixing the chimney. They did fix this out of pocket, and realistically it was a job best done in March anyways since i have a metal roof and it would have been unsafe to work on.

We have used Chim Chimney many times in the last several years. We have always had amazing service. They are professional, friendly, thorough and always walk us through the work they have done. They also back the work that they do. This past week we thought there was a concern with our chimney, they took our concerns seriously and put us on a cancellation list. They were here within two days, despite how busy they are. After a thorough inspection they assured us our chimney was just fine. They have been a great local company and we would highly recommend them.
