Im new to Gundam, recently I stopped in to get some gundams, tools and supplies. I wanted to look at some of the different tools and the staff was friendly and really helpfull in showing me different tools, wasnt shy about telling me where to get something they did not carry.They have an awesome selection of gundam, tools and supplies.The prices are the best I have seen.I definitely recommend.

I was turned away at the open door by the employee, as stated by Google the store is open to in store shopping. The employee was cold and unsympathetic to me browsing within the store. Disappointed to say the least. I will not conduct business with people that operate in this manner. Go to Hobby Wholesale or Great Hobbies for your Gundam needs. IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN FOR IN STORE BUSINESS CHANGE IT ON YOUR GOOGLE PAGE.

Definitely the go-to place to purchase anything related to gunpla locally. It offers not only the model kits but also a wide variety of tools or paints to ease you into the hobby. I've purchased 5 kits over the past two months and am hoping to continue shopping here in the future!

I’ve gotten all of my Gundams from here. Purchasing and pick up experience is a breeze and this the only store I’ve seen in Edmonton that doesn’t markup the prices for gunpla.So yeah… nice store with good pricing and a good selection.

By far, the best gunpla store i have ever been, cheapest price, the best customer service, package was safe and secured,I had a minor issue where my order took a week in unfulfilled status, so i contact them why my orders were in unfulfilled status. It turns out it was in the personal vault" which was my fault that i did not noticed wether to ship it or move it to the vault

I have to say that these guys are wonderful to buy from. Their shipping is super fast from Edmonton to Montreal and the package was in pristine shape. Their customer service is top notch with their online chat and was able to answer all of my questions. They also carry a lot of hard to find kits as well with a very reasonable price. I will definitely buy from them again.

I recently ordered for the first time several gunpla kits from NiiGShop. They shipped out my order really fast and arrived ahead of schedule. Kit boxes were in awesome shape and everything were neatly packaged. Also appreciated the handwritten note on loose items placed in one of the kit. Prices were decent but wish they had stock on more items in their catalogue. Looking to find more deals in the future, so don't disappoint NiiGShop!

Drove across town and paid for parking to come here, and they had the doors shut and told us they’re pick-up only. I checked their website and nowhere does it state that they are order online pick-up only, and the Google page states that they have in-store shopping. I understand Google isn’t always right, but making it obvious on your own website would have been beneficial.
