The best place in town to buy Carhart. Staff are very helpful and will do what they can to get you what you need. Great selection of women's work boots and work wear. I like that they are a local business, not part of a big chain, and give you the personal service of a family operated business. Added bonus, their prices are better than anyone else's.

Very Helpful. Younger (new) staff, keen on helping. A bit inexperienced with their stock and features (ie vest types, safety ratings), but if you know what you want, they'll find it!Definitely the best inventory I've seen in these here parts.

Just reading the negative reviews, I won't shop here. Doesn't seem like they have a very good return policy. I won't shop at a store that doesn't back their products. Also a lot of negative reviews about the manager.

Very poor manners by managers. I have spent more than 2000 dollars there and they treat me like an inconvenience. My wife bought an electric vest for her son working in the mine, with the agreement she could bring it back if he didnt want it. It was never warn, tags still on. They said it smelled like ciggerette smoke as an excuse. Very rude as well. Never shop there again.

Cmon. It’s a small store, they’re quite keen on keeping customers happy, and I find the staff to be doing the best they can. I live out of town (120km away) and they’ve bent over backwards to try and keep my support. I cannot stress enough about how kind and hard working the staff is. Thanks guys for all your help and keep up the good work!:)

It's hard to support local when they don't honour their exchange policy. I used to buy all my clothing here for work but I won't be anymore. I bought a fr rated coat two weeks ago and on the first day at site the coat pocket ripped. I brought it back when I got back home and I was brushed off by a abrasive who I assume was store manager or owner and told that I caused the damage and that they wouldn't exchange the coat. The coat ripped at the seam. It clearly was a defect. I have shopped here for many years but this experience has done it for me. I don't like that competitors have a better return/exchange policy. It's really to bad because the prices and selection are pretty good. I can't recommend this store anymore do to the lack of being able to exchange a defective piece of clothing. I will try reaching out to the manufacturer directly and see if they will be able to help me out.

As much as I want to support a local store, I cannot say much on the positive side for this place. Prices are good and they have a decent selection and that's about it. I went in to purchase a pair of work pants and had the worst customer service experience of my life. Told the lady my size as she wanted to grab them to make it easier. Rang me through and when I went to put them on the next day I realized they were not the right size I asked for. Naturally I went back to exchange them for the right size and was told They aren't in original condition" because there was a HAIR on them and they couldn't do anything about it. Used to be a regular but after such poor treatment I will never be back."
